It might not go faster maybe, but it is more unpredictable than a regular shot. The fact that I've played warbird for 5 years and found that rockshots are more likely to kill people that haven't aligned perfectly with you and the rock, and the fact I die more often from rockshots suggest that from a human point of view you are wrong. I'm sure that in ?go base where you hang all the time rockshots are pretty pointless though.

What are you talking about? I'm a dueler first and I quit this game, for all intents and purposes, before you probably even started playing. Yes rock shots are obviously some of the best shots you can take but it is not because they go faster (despite your "human element" or whatever the fuck you're talking about).

Go straight with jav. Use shift to gain speed and turn left (still sliding straight) and tap down+up at the same time while holding in shift. Not really useful but it looks cool!

This is a side rush, and works WAY better rushing with warbird, and more useful =D

when sharking in a cram and a jav is parked on the side (ph) do not rep him unless you have to if you need to rep be sure to double rep him as this will start his lag rocket (14 firefox tabs open) and then misdirect him causing him to tk his entire team KERPLOOIE and get changed to spider.

technically this wasnt "supposed" to be able to happen in this game, but it does... and its the same thing as rushing... whats the difference? one is just your moving sideways so you can dodge shots easier i guess... but in the end your going to turn around and rush at them straight once they miss

I agree. Still looks cool, dodge a bit easier, but yeah you end up rushing straight after, or if your rush is good enough, you'll have shot them when you're done. =D

im a good wb, and im sure as hell am not a good jav

and as far as ive learned, playing a jav like a wb works probably .0001% of the time... the ship is too slow movement wise, doesnt respond as well to motion change, the bullets and bombs shoot much slower, oh and they bounce, go figure, oh yeah and there are walls, oh and no rocks, oh and you can tk, o yeah the ship is yellow, oh and you cant win 1v4 very much in a jav like you can wb, much harder to make people miss/dodge when your facing sprays of bullets, oh yeah and the energy recovers slower, and more stuff that i cant think of right now

but pretty much besides all that, yeah its exactly like wb

in case this is your first time to tw forums, exalt thinks wb's are better and harder to master than other ships

i'm pretty sure that bullets do go faster if you shoot right before hitting a rock/wall.

best tip ever is to get a green right as you shoot in wb, get a fc and you shoot 2 bullets, use it to kill 2 people at once and you will feel tingley all over

If you factor in lag and the way the client works, it sure as hell makes such a bullet a lot harder to dodge. If you haven't found this out yet I suggest you try playing the game a couple of times.

If I ever felt the urge to be a "dickhead" you wouldn't have to ask. I'm sorry if I horribly insulted you by playfully suggesting you haven't played much WB (which you will take seriously now and probably will say you have been warbirding for longer than I have been playing or some such), but as I explained in my previous post rockshots ARE harder to dodge. When someone just claims they do nothing I assume they haven't played against people doing rockshots. I care not if they don't actually move faster or not.
