Yeah, it looks all fine and good in theory, but in practice if you used the same source pic of the lev and blew it up big enough to be visible on the shirt, it'd look kinda crappy. Which is why the design team re-did the ships in the way we did.

(PS stop making designs in case someone says "Hey I want that one, make that one, you don't make that one I don't buy nothing")

well, yeah. i'm not really planning to make that shirt. that post was just the result of this being the slowest day ever at work and me being insanely bored off my ass and looking for a few laughs.... hence my hundreds of posts today.

We think it'd be great to have the ship designs on the colored shirts... But if you go to Gerb's site, you'll see that if you want more than one color of ink then the price increases dramatically. However, we could do shilouettes (which I am probably spelling wrong) of the ships, and have the shirts be one-color, which is even cheaper.

We have spoken to The People In Charge, and it seems we might be able to bring you color shirts. Watch this space for info!

Especially for Bob (and anyone else who might be curious), we have done a mock-up of what we think a cheap black shirt would look like.



However, the text can of course be changed, this was just to give you the gist of what the two-color design might look like. If this were to go into production we would see that the edges got cleaned up. To prevent most of the blocky-looking corners, we threw on a glow. Don't like it? Let us know!

..:Wowee this is soo progressive for TW! A few things I am wondering about after looking over the available merchandise:..
A $22 [USD?] tee and trenchwars server only sees $5 of it? It might be more beneficial for the future TW to sell independantly, having the merchandise silk-screened by professionals, and doing the shipping yourselves. Even if you were to use eBay, it would still allow a convenient payment method but without such a wasted profit. The t shirts could be bought wholesale...perhaps from eBay!

Also, I know it might seem crazy, but consider the kind of reception a personally designed cotton article might achieve if designed by the right 'TW l33t573r' ... I'm thinking somewhere along the lines of the Pallies/Annux-y people/tw vets/staff, etc..... Myself, I'd rather pay for something original and personally designed by somebody I would recognise from the game, you know? Is that so creepy and wrong?
Bottom line: I'd rather not pay at all if it's not for the good of trenchwars\my material needs!

Second... MG, I am a vet, but for reasons I'd rather not divulge, I have taken on this nickname for selling my wares. Some people already know who I am, because they helped me develop the original ideas. But it's better this way, trust me. When we decide to end this fundraiser, I promise to let you know who I am.
