Caught under another random ban

This is like the 17th time ive been randomly banned and every time ive been told "its fixed". Im tired of this temporary uplift of the ban, can you fukin staff newbers fix this problem for good? I know im not the only one who keeps getting caught under this, megaman89 does too.

When a player is banned it logs a bunch of their information, much of it hidden to the player and most staff. Sometimes banned players have matching info to other innocent players and the system keeps them out of the game, too. When this happens we generally have to fix each innocent player on a case-by-case basis.

If you can convince whoever wrote the ban system to fix this - and they probably haven't played SubSpace in 10 years - feel free to do so.

In other words, whining about it isn't going to help.

Contact a Smod+ to help you, as no other staff of the same level are allowed to interfere in another ban. It is one of the rules that guides the staff.

Or if you feel that they wont help you contact our head of BanG (Connection). He is a fair man, and will listen, and he gets shit done.

can't you add his name to the ban-free list? this happened to me a lot 2 or 3 years ago so that's what they did. i'm guessing it takes someone pretty high level to do that, though

but you have to be a responsible member of the community like me.
