You should already know Jacklyn is probably the most useless staffer TW has. The only reason she is still staff is because she has been staff for SO long. You should've known she would be a useless fuck.

You know what? Jacklyn does more on TW staff than 95% of the others, and is consistently the highest ranked in TWD calls taken.

Being a TWD op means you get more abuse and bullshit than you can imagine. I'm sure only TWL ops get it worse. I don't know about other areas of staff, but I've told TWD ops not to help specific people that were being overly abusive toward them and others. I'm not referring to this Draft case, but if you're swearing, insulting and demanding things to be done, you don't deserve any help until you calm your ass down.

As far as what zizzo even pointed out, isn't that part obvious? It's like you take one small thing I said and make that the focus, instead of focusing on what really matters. I understand it is a great diversion tactic, but grow some nuts and address the real problems here.

Even if Draft is a jackass or not, which I highly doubt he can be THAT bad... THREE different TWD ops refused to help him just because they don't like him.

How is that professional whatsoever? Where is the transparency here? There aren't that many TWD ops.. and if three of them refuse to help, what now? Does he just forever get screwed and never get helped by anyone?

TW Staff should not be about a popularity contest with who you help or not. This is a job that you didn't create, and you probably won't have at the end of TW. You have a fucking responsibility to help people despite whether you like them or not.

This whole bullshit that stabwound keeps spreading about "I don't have to help anyone, cuz my name is stabwound and fuck you, cuz you aren't staff and I am" type of attitude is a joke. If you don't want to help people just from stupid little biases, then all of staff mine as well zoner that they will never help anyone. EVERYONE in TW has a fucking bias against someone else. Get over it. It's a game. Your job isn't to "hurt" someone else by not helping them when you are on your staff name. Your job is to help them despite what your own stupid little personal opinions may hold. If you can't realize how unprofessional it is to refuse to help someone... especially THREE TWD Ops... then you have a serious brain disfunction.

Seriously, start focusing on the real issue here. Diversion tactics to the less important part (and possibly stupid part) of what I said is idiotic. Jacklyn doesn't matter in this issue. The THREE TWD Ops who all refused to help someone is an issue, however.

If you start out your post by spewing completely false bullshit about one of the most active TWD ops there is, it tends to make people question the rest of what you said after that. It has nothing to do with diversion tactics; I wanted to defend someone that puts a ton of their personal time into the game and was being unjustly attacked by you.

What zizzo said was out of anger because of what Draft was saying about him. I highly doubt there were three people that refused to help him because he's Draft. It's more likely that there were some on that didn't feel like taking calls at the time. You can't take a situation like that and automatically turn it into "everyone was refusing to help him!!!!!"

wtf are you talking about? Nice strawman. Seriously, joining TW staff doesn't mean you automatically sell your soul to the game and have to answer every single person's beck and call. Jason is exactly right; if you show respect toward staff, you get it right back. Besides, this particular issue with Draft has more to it than you're seeing here, believe me. Don't act like you know it all, because you clearly don't.

The situation I was talking about where I told people not to help the guy was when he was being extremely rude to multiple TWD ops. If you called a tech support line and started swearing at the guy and calling him a "n*gger" and demanding they do this or that, they would probably hang up on you, too. Dealing with abuse isn't something staff has to deal with, end of story.

I have really never understood the huge issue people seem to have with ?help calls. Of course you're not going to get an answer to a question about graphics problems at 4AM, but for an unpaid team of moderators, I think TW staff does better than could be reasonably expected.

Well, here's the thing. I never have problems getting my help calls answered either. At least, I rarely do. Also, I'm the biggest whiner in TW sometimes.

My problem was just that despite whatever draft does, it's stupid for staff to refuse to help him. He could literally piss off every staff member in the zone and then what?

I've never experienced the problems he's had, but I'm sure I could. I piss lots of people off. I just think it is a regulation problem with the whole "you don't gotta do anything to help them" mentality. Something should change in that area... because you do see enough threads about ?help calls to see there is at least some type of problem.
