if you're going to stretch the ToS so broadly as to lump bad or offensive words in the same category as actual obscenity/racism/whatever,

then you should definitely check out the part of the ToS where it bans any sort of content that might, in any way, give rise to civil liability or infringement

(such as a reverse-engineered video game cloned from a copyrighted product)

1. Get rid of this filter. Its a complete joke that restricts our freedom of speech. (Please ephemeral do not write me a novel on how we deserve no freedom on a 2d game you ****** sheep.)

2. Get rid of shaddowknight and azov. They do more harm than good and nobody in this game respects them due to constant power tripping and retarded decision making.

3. I will step up and moderate these forums and you will have 0 issues guaranteed.

freedom of speech is not the words you use, but the content you are trying to portray. The filter doesn't actually block anything beyond a list of precisely 7 words, and variants of that. The only altering that has been done is as I have numerously stated is to stop it filtering out partial words, as that would be just stupid.

Either way - until forum is upgraded this filter will stay in place, there isn't any choice or appeal to that - it's just here. Since I have no explained precisely how and why it is in place - I wont be looking at this bit again until such time as I have the information I need from VB and we have moved it upto to V5 to remove these stupid errors and template bugs.
