Yes, olde. Unfortunately until I receive a change in marching orders, I have to address words that evade the filters. This includes editing the post usually to remove spaces so the filter acquires the word. I realize it's frustrating, and it creates a lot of work for us too.

This is probably the most half assed response I've ever seen from you demonic. Fix the issue. Dont be lazy as **** and turn on a filter when its not the real problem.

lol I haven't touched the filter beyond turning it on as yet - I am firstly contacting vb to see where we stand from a content perspective. As we are looking to upgrade this to the newest VB version which will make forums better (and get rid of the stupid bugs we have currently).

The Terms we have are broad - and mixed in with something called VB Cloud, which we don't actually use so I want that clarification first. In terms of swearing etc, I think most know by now probably every 5th word I say is swearing in some way so the filter does impact me as well - but I am also capable of getting my point across without having to ******* swear as well.

I think what will probably happen is the swearing will be removed from the filter but words associated with racism will remain on.
