Hey guys I write this as a regular player again after the last 4 years on staff trying to help the game i love. Although I dont really agree with how things turned out in the end I want to wish the good staff members remaining the best of luck and to stay strong and keep this great game alive. Im going to leave it though thanks to everyone in the community for letting me have as much fun as i could for the last 11 years or so have fun in the trenches.

So pretty much what I said/expected/mentioned when turban got sysop and staff made all these "big sweeping changes" to upper staff. Its still the same small group of 2-3 people being stubborn, micro-managing and sticking their nose in places where it doesn't belong. I still think turb is good for the zone but its pretty clear to see that he has far less say in the day to day operations than what was originally put forth when he was promoted. The fact that he has to make so many posts saying "I dont know but I will try to find out" says everything about the communication among the "staff royalty". Theres only like 6 of you sysops how hard is it to talk to one another?

Regardless of my opinion on the matter this simple fact remains... Another one gone and still nothing is changing/has changed. Why have a dean of staff at all if they don't get to manage staff as they see fit? Just to formalize the decisions that only the sysops can make?

Good luck with steam but its clear to everyone that isnt sysop that you have zero chance to succeed. If its possible to have a below zero chance, that is where you stand with poid organizing it.

Eh turbs good at posting essays. The main issue at the top seems to be stemming from M_M gods severe inactivity atm hes pretty out of touch to a point where beasty has to spoon feed him info to get me fired while idiots like shadowmere remain in place after many many many many is this too many manys? fuck ups. Im not gonna go into too much but the biggest reason is beasty misinterpreting my private messages of trying to vent to someone im suppose to trust as me going off the deep end so he cherry picked some little shit to mm god to can me and upster without either of us logging in to this meeting to even defend any of the things accused. There are rumors of demonics return to activity later this week and in all honesty i hope she crushes that faggot god complex of his and removes him from the game. Sysops as a whole right now would greatly benefit from beasty poid and krynetix all being fired from staff. If the zone was run by the 2 that are actually involved in things atm ie Zreqdf and Turban we wouldnt have 95% of the issues plaguing things /end rant.

I told staff from day 1, M_M God was useless, and now you see staffers coming up and saying why, this M_M god kid doesn't even play pub he isn't involved in the game at ALL, it's politics now. zreqdf is actually making progress but I had 2 troll him in many ways to find this out. Turban needs to pick up his balls and make some real changes, krynoobix aka aquarius isn't a successful zone owner or even hoster. He might have helped people get hosted and do some zone changes and such but that was it, he has been putting some effort into the greenlight process but still he is very much inactive. Yeh sure bring demonic back, but isn't going to help at all you need the main people back which was dock> and couple other staffers who have retired but have spent alot of time on the zone itself.

M_M God can write an essay for the game being greenlit but thats the only thing he has done. Write some garbage that gives us "hope" that steam is 100% transfer success rate.
