Trivia- Game of Knowledge, or Typing Race?

Remember when trivia used to be fun? when anyone could win, and everyone got some questions? Yeah that's been flushed down the perpetual toilet of ruined game ideas.
Now, if you go to trivia, its like 4 people battling it out for first, and the rest of the arena sitting there chatting. What happened?

Im not sure if anyone else shares my views, but please post a reply and tell me your views on Trivia.

It is a race... But in trivia its a race to say teh answer teh fatest... Take typing classes is the only answer I guess.

Every online trivia game has this problem. You are shit out of luck if you're a bad typist, or if the people playing with you have played the game a lot before. Obviously the questions repeat, or you wouldn't have people answering "What is the capital of Zimbabwe, spelled backwards" in 1.2 seconds.

Yeah Acromania gives everyone a chance, Maybe trivia should be done the same, everyone gets 10 seconds to submit thier answer and everyone who gets it right gets a point, Like a pub Quiz...not that i spend too long in the pub...

Im not sure how it could be changed. Topten people get to sit out until they get knocked out of topten, I don't know. All I am positive on is that trivia's not trivia. It's a typing contest

ive only been saying that for last 3 months trouble is would need alot of bot work and not sure whether 2d would have the time, he already has a hectic schedule.

Not that im feeling rebellious or anything. Im very impressed with the work that all the Zh's, Er's and Smods do. But we should get more of em all have a Legion of Zh's, a Battalion of Er's, and a Regiment of Smods!
Nah im just ranting. Wouldn't want too many smods. Things might get Prickely :P
And I agree with the , everyone gets a point for a correct answer thing. It could even be done, where 1st person gets 3 points, 2nd gets 2, and everyone else gets 1
this might not help change the titles, but might give the people in first a run.
