Well, I don't see how that could be. She hasn't been around as much lately, though, I guess. She also took like a long break recently (for like a month), so maybe that's why the numbers Paul's looking at are off. But when she is on, practically all she does is answer help calls. It's annoying how much she does it, honestly.

W/e. She may not have been the most knowledgeable TW player around, but at least she's there and does the job asked of her. I don't know about you, but I would tire of it quickly. Just be thankful there are people like her who want to help others like that and do what they can to get it done.

I dunno if I'm allowed to release staff stats or not, but Lunar is definately not at the bottom, but opposite of that in help calls.

The job asked of her is to provide the player with accurate answers to their questions abouth the game. She has yet to do that for me.

Archy... I don't know if you notice what she does more than HALF those calls though. "I request assistance" "I request a mod" "I request some1 that knows the answer to this"

She's nice, I think she's one of the nicest staff members, but when I was on staff, she just didn't do enough useful things.
And Adeon, I was pulling this information from the WHOLE time I've been on staff, not just one month.

See adeon, im clearly not the only one that agrees on this. Like i said she is probably the nicest person on staff, and she mite hop on all help calls that come in when she's on, but also like Ver said, she never answers it with the rite answer. ANd as paul said, she's always requesting help from someone, she did that when i was on staff, which was b4 paul. I am not trying to make her look bad, what im doin is pointing out the real question at hand.

Why was she hired, when after being on staff over 1/2 a year she still dont have the knowledge that a <ZH> can have? SOmething is fishy when someone like this is hired, regardless of who it is. I was just using her bc i know how she was, and in my mind if she knew a little more about SS she'd be a great <ZH>, but i just wonder why she was hired, when someone else with experience in this game could be in that spot.

I agree with cig and yojo when they say some should go mod without ER but I dont think ER/ZH should be same level... I think you need to do some months as ZH to gain experience in staff. I dont think someone who just joined staff should be an Event Referee that is able to host right away all arenas and TWL games (well now its pretty much the bots hosting TWL). My logic tells me that you kind of need to be a ``slave ZH answering questions`` before being able to become an ER that hosts what he feels to (that might change I hope soon where ER will be OBLIGATED to host with variety) but I`m sure you know that some ask to stay ZH longer so they can become Mod right away (as exemple Spider). It is possible right now but im not sure everyone is aware of it.

As for comments on lunar, I think she is a great staffer. When she needs help she asks it and its never something evident Paul so I think she deserves to be staff.. She doesnt pretend she knows everything and asking everything... She participates a lot to involvment between staffies... for example she didnt mind checking a cheater for me when I was in a TWDD... You would say its a dumb exemple but Its the only person I feel confortable to ask because shes implicated and really wants to help. I dont know about the bad answers on ?help calls though

I agree Melo. I dont think someone should be hired today, then tomorow be an <ER> w/ powers in all arenas. But i do think that either limiting there areana abilities, or like u said making them <ZH> for a short period of time. Im not saying that the whole system is fuxed up, its just a little off tune. Everyone should start out as a <ZH> get the basic commands, but i thinjk some ppl should be moved upt o <ER> faster when they would make a better <ER>. As in some ppl should be held back longer then they are better <ZH>. And they both should get mod when they get it, not having to wait longer bc ur a <ZH>.

as for lunar, as i said i think she has the personality for staff, i just dont think she has the knowledge. Obviously its to late to do nething neway, she is already hired and been there awhile. Maybe she is learning stuff along the way and in a little bit will be a GREAT staffer w/ knowledge and shiz, but the real question is WHY WAS SHE HIRED IN THE FIRST PLACE? i mean she has no knowledge of the game, its very noticable. Thats all im worried about, is WHO and WHY and what reasoning was to it.
