Jessup proving they have no basing instinct. Stick to dissolving squads.

Multiple reports of brief yellow visibility of dreamwin by people not using these special gfx graphics
Clearly we see dreamwins explosion and kill message
And this is the kicker no one is talking about. Ogron decided to panic and for some dumb reason retreat to flag while shark still has 2 reps and the nme is far from breaking cram. I feel this is the real reason the game was lost. Bad move dude to retreat and allow them in..

luckily for zidane it wouldn't matter as much because there wouldn't be a next game to play for Fire in TWLB. it would carry over to the next season.

theoretically speaking this entire situation is rather easy to handle for someone who is a stickler for the rules.
this appeal can be outright denied due to Fire citing rule 10.02 as their reason for the appeal as seen in the original post. this rule exists to discourage players from actively cheating with the use of cheat engine, lag switches, and other extremely malicious program to influence the outcome of a game, and thus the punishment for breaking such a rule is extremely harsh. they are demanding Dreamwin to be permanently banned from TWL participation along with a full forfeiture of the match in question.
in my honest opinion what happened can not be classified as cheating at all as it is a bot design flaw which has existed ever since basing bots were implemented and the existence of the issue is widely known by the basing community. you simply can not expect teams, in the heat of the moment, to wait until someone has fully respawned to issue ship changes or switches as it has been seen as acceptable to make changes at any time, with no limitations, during a basing match. in the end this is an oversight from the league operators for not getting a simple known glitch fixed before the season started.
unfortunately this glitch did negatively affect the outcome of this game as Fire had a really good chance of winning the game. it would be fair to grant a replay should majority of Plade starting members support such a decision for the sake of sportsmanship. however, this appeal itself should be denied and sadly the 24-hour statute of limitations has already passed for Fire to send a new appeal.

Decision Makers,
Insofar as you are having trouble deciding how to go about assessing the merits of the appeal, a general appeals process should assess the following, in order:
1. Applicable Rules - What do the TWL rules say? Are there any "on point"? In other words, have rules been written that cover this exact scenario?
2. Non-Applicable Rules - If you look at the TWL rules as a whole, are there rules that can be used to assess the appeal at hand, even if they are otherwise not applicable?
3. "Intent" of the Rules - Do we have recorded instances of what the drafters intended to cover when the rules were put together?
4. Rules from other Sources - Can we use other rules within TW generally to apply to this appeal? An example is the rules posted at A1 in ?go
5. Equitable Considerations - If you have made it down this far, then none of the above apply. At this point, its important to look at the "equities" of the circumstances. In other words, what is fair given everything we know?
Again, this is merely a framework that should likely be followed to give some semblance of order and integrity to the appeals process. No commentary otherwise.
