Hmm, just thought I'd put in my 2 cents.

Stayon for one helps his team out a lot, he is always the spider that charges out while his team cleans up. Granted his lag helps him perform this task, but his lag is not terrible, and he doesn't play for rec.

PL, I just don't like the guy, seems like a complete asshole to me. Staff seems to run smoothly enough, but seems more like an elite squad of people who recruit people who sit in the background and are liked by the people who run staff. Like a 'Just-us league'. Nonetheless events are constantly running, and most bans seem fair and/or needed. But his skillz as terr are better then Nec's in my opinion, and he spiders and javs well too at least close to or above twlb standard.

Jason, have no idea about his experience in the game, as I'm relatively new to this basing scene. But I know his lag is not terrible and also he really isn't that good. He may know a lot I have no idea, but when I see him sharking I see him waiting way to long to move out of cram to rep and throws the alternating sequence with his partner shark out of whack, but he does well in other aspects in shark from what I've seen.

Just a note, I consider pure_luck a more than competent terr, but I also know for a fact I shark horribly with him. He has a nasty habit of going places I want to mine. WR had decent sharks (when they were available), WR had a good terr, WR did not have good terr/shark chemistry.

Well i think that P_L is better then necro also. No one ever said necro was that good. He lags horribly and probably gets his players attach-killed often bc of it. He also tries to be like myth and be an offensive/attackin terr and as we all know, there is only 1 mythrandir.

Wadi: i say ur right with that, because u arent a bad shark at all. I say ur 1 of the better ones in TW rite now. I dont know who else sharked with u (bleen i hear i guess) which he isnt to bad either. As u see, he isnt like brookus and can carry a team (from years past) he needs good sharks (like he had in spastic). Once he got to a place where the sharks werent as good, or werent on the same page (ur case) then he had problems. I think he's a top 10 terr, but i dont think he's a top 5 terr like ppl are saying.

I think you people need to stop talking. Necro is a pretty damn good terrier. He would be looked at a lot differently if he had a better team in TWL to back him up. It was the team around him that failed; not Necro. The guy showed up every weekend without fail and tried his best, which is a lot more than most people can say. He rarely let his temper overcome him during a game, which is a fault a lot of terriers seem to have.

As for Pure_Luck, we will see what happens this year. If he terrs, it frees up Necro so he can play spider or jav, which is a huge help. Squad morale is high with a bunch of new recruits and old vets rejoining. You can't honestly say that our lineup isn't scary already.

Jerome pretty much hit the nail on the head. I'm not an all-star player in any one ship, but rather an all-around decent to a bit above average player in all ships. And I'm happy with that. I'd rather be a Jack of all trades, master of none.

a2m, you have confused my argumentative nature (which makes me come off as a prick) with cockiness, and let's be honest dude. You're hopping on the bash Jason bandwagon simply because I laughed at you when you and your Shriek buddies finally got busted for pulling all the sneaky, underhanded shit that Shriek has come to be known for.

And finally, I still stand behind my claim that PL is nothing special in the red ship. Necro is already better and has far more potential. I wholeheartedly agree with Stabwound and the points he made regarding Necro.

If you are talking about over average as in over the average skill level of the whole of Continuum, it's not a merit.
If you are talking about TWL class, they you (probably) think too much of yourlself.
