Why Trench Wars Leagues Season 8 Will Suck

On the Pallies subject. . . Sure they have banzi, blood, vihta. . . They've lost luke, code, swimkid and mattey? For a squad that was kept out of the final last season, this comming one doesn't look too promising.

I think Luke played 0 games, he wasn't even close to being a starter. I think Mayo Inc. was higher on the depth chart than him. Neither code nor swimkid were starters although both played well last season, but they were in games because we like to share playing time, not because we thought that was our strongest line. Mattey was originally a starter, but only showed up for 1 or 2 games.

So yeah we've got to be more careful about attendance this season, but we've still got the players to make a very seroius run at it again. I mean a ton of things could go wrong for us this season and it could be a disaster, but a lot of things could work out for us too; that's why it's exciting. But we're definitely in shape to be well in the mix of things... and yeah 3 months guys, 3 months.

As always... everyone one has a point (or is close enough). Because it's winter season most students will have less time... I know that I do. But still I could hop on during the weekend and play 1 or 2 hours without any problems.. and still have enough spare time to go out visit cig smoke and kick his ass for the fun of it.

Rand you mentioned that there are not enough competitive squads.. and for twld and twjd you mentioned Venom and Dice... look again.. every other top 5 (maybe top 10) squad in those leagues have enough skill to upset anyone.. Which will happen, I'm sure of that. I forgot who mentioned it.. but the elite players are scattered indeed making alot of squads competitive enough to keek ass.

I always love to see 2 powerhouse squads, and the rest just trying to upset them... but TWL season 8 could be more interesting. My opinion.. I'm really looking forward to this season and I dont think any (or maybe rand) will be dissapointed. SK8 has gotten a little better, and I think they are gonne keek some ass this season. Ít's also way to early to tell who's going to take the crowns. I still think Dice will get ripped apart, owwwell.. who knows, hopefully I'm wrong.

I'm looking forward to Season 8, and I wish all the squads all the luck they need (or dont need)!

this game used to be cool years ago, like nasir said, but when people were actually chill and didn't let this game control their lives. I mean, you guys are crying over a league season of a computer game....I'd hate to go to your homecoming football games, you guys would probably commit murder if you guys lost.

agreed, this game used to be cool years ago mainly because there was a different age group that played the game. When this game first started there wasnt that many young kids playing it as they do today. It was alot of grown men with too much time on their hands and your few women as well. the younger crowd that played it never gave it a chance long ago due too the sucky graphics and the somewhat difficult controls. but all thats changed now and therefore kids whore'd this game into ruin. i hope for the sake of the mature people that still play this that ss sticks around...but I don't see that happening when you need support from the players to fork over server money...i can't see 12 year olds putting up any money in years to come..

Feels like ages. But yeah, I think most of the inactive players will def. be back for the action. I dont think 8 will be too boring. Theres a lotta new competition coming up the ranks. SK8 will definately show some power for twl. Its not gonna be that bad rand.
