Do a replay in week 11, let lemar's ban stick and redue BC's standing some how, even if they want to stick with the idiot defense, they still did something wrong and Sumpson should have know the rules and investigated as well the TWL host should have checked. If they didn't play this person they would have lost, no if and or buts about it so I don't get what the fucking problem is here. I actually only see one problem and I've told BC about it since before pre-season, YOU NEEDS A FUCKING LINE UP, AND BACK UPs.

This is stupid. BasingCrew broke a rule and they knew it. Why would sumpson ask about DSin playing on another name if they had no idea that Lemar could play? He was a last resort bc they knew he was ineligable. They played him, they won, then what happens? Nothing. Lemar is punished bc the captain of his squad added him. Nothing is done to basingcrew for breaking the rules. Only the player was punished. Punish basingcrew by either making them replay or giving them a 15-0 no show score.

Well, I just read this:

3.03 Any Squad member found to be guilty of cheating to alter game play and to create an unfair advantage, will be subject to:
a) Permanent suspension from Trench Wars Leagues participation.
b) Forfeit of all Squad matches played in the week the offense was discovered of which the player participated in.
c) Referral to League Operators and Trench Wars Moderators for immediate punishment including being banned from Trench Wars.

And while the rule seems to be intended for lag cheaters, it does not limit itself. Putting in a player who is not eligible is cheating to alter the game play and could lead to an unfair advantage. Thus, the defense of Rule 1.07 still standing is void.




Also, this part is just my personal opinion that has changed throughout the reading of these posts, I agree that Incuria should be given the win, and Lemar should be banned from TWL.

The game shouldn't even be replayed, BC used a player that couldn't play this week, yes the guy deserved a 2 week ban from twl and should give Incuria the win.I dont know how they gave BC the win when they had a illegal player playing for them that match.
