If they had the same argument only Mouse squadkicked him and let him back on squad later that day or even later Eelam would still have been eligable to play, without the involvement of TWL staff.

I don't think TWL rules were set to deal with these situations, but to make a difference in situations where someone actually really left a squad to join another squad or not. That is what the rule should be about.
