Maybe Mouse was joking around after he settled the deal by sending an e-mail to staff. He could have accidentally removed Eelam from the the squadlist, and then told people he axed Eelam as a joke.
There's no way you can prove he did it on purpose. Why would you use the word 'accident' in the rules? You can never find out what's an accident and what's not. You can only say who's responsible for the accident and the rules state that -if an email is sent within 24 hours- the squad isn't held liable and the player will be re-added to the TWL-roster.

Ok this is just silly. Continuum is a kids game and therefore shouldnt be taken so seriously. These things can happen.
Mouse shouldnt be lying but just apologize to staff and ask if they can pretty please reroster Eelam. And staff shouldnt be so harsh about it.

Yeah, but your maybe isn't as likely as the maybe of the opposite.

There were even several Pandora members asking if they could make a new squad without Mouse, which further indicates that it indeed was on purpose. Vatican Assassin even said so.

There shouldn't be ANY doubt on if it was an accident or not, and if you don't understand this by now, I'll give up and walk away from the thread. I'll repress my urge to comment more of the bad logic I see.

Well, axes are part of the game, and there is nothing you can do about it. Also, it was your captain that axed you and braged about it thus making it your own team's fault. What do you want staff to do, let you back on because one of your stupid captains decided to axe you with 1 round left until the end of TWL? Was a bad judgement call by that captain and your team suffered for it. That all there is to it.

a point that you keep on MISSING is that axes are CAUSED BY your own team, because of THEIR OWN STUPIDITY. Take your head out of your ass and REALIZE THIS FFS. AXES are caused because of stupid people acting like idiots. Axes can be controlled or never really happen if you have smart teammates. It is your own fault for your lack of experience in leagues thus not knowing how to play the situation. God, until you can make an argument about how its NOT YOUR OWN TEAM'S FAULT FOR GETTING AXED you have no stance for an appeal. Sheesh, i thought pandora was smarter than this.

And also, what people still dont realize is getting axed is caused by a teammate's own stupidity. And if you fear being axed then you play it accordingly. You never see top tier squads mistakenly axing people. Dice, Syndicate, -Final-, Spastic. Getting axed for being an idiot come from a lack of understanding the game, which puts the onus on Pandora for not knowing the game that well.

Hey Tony, I don't know what you thought I said but I have sort of been making fun of my squad this whole time and am the only person on my squad to think justice has been served. I certinaly never tried to work to get eelam back on th squad are you kidding! All my posts on this thread have been a not so secret attempt at seperating msyelf from this insanity. Check out eelam's first reply on the 2nd page of thread "Bad job pascone...Bad job..."

It's really funny because eelam tried to tell us our appeal was retarded because we had an incident that is mentioned nowhere in the rules AND after the incident happened, the policy around how it was handled changed. Now here's a situation where the rules explicitly point out that if and only if the deroster is accidental then the rest of the rule applies. Obviously when you brag about booting eelam in ?go base in front of 20+ people that kind of throws out the possibility of it being an accident. Epi basically took eelam's reply and reworded it very little so that it worked for this situation, and oh does it work well.

P.S. I don't disagree that the rule should be clarified better next season but as the rule stands and based on the situation at hand this couldn't be any more black and white. To everyone that's talking about them e-mailing staff within 24 hours, you missed the entire point. That email is only legitimate IF and only if the deroster was accidental.

brookus you must have me mistaken for apoc or someone else please retract earlier statement. nothing needs to be changed on account of this, the rules are fine. everyone knows this is a bunch of bs, mouse is a fucking joker the only reason we're still on the squad is cuz hes so inactive that we don't even think about him until he actually logs in and explodes on us. we call him "the volcano".

i've squadleft about 5 times in the 2 years ive been on pandora, each time from mouse coming online axing someone like he has any idea what the squad dynamic is or how long i have been tryign to train the axed player or where in playoffs we are, he just thinks hes so god dam,n smart he can come in from being away for months and judge the team and make decisions like this without asking the people who have been running the show. then the cool players ask me to come back, and you guys know how the guilt trip goes, its tough to beat.

if mouse were a ruler of a country, he would be up in his mansion playing wow all the time, enter the city a couple times a year, execute a few people, raise taxes, and leave for another year. he's a great player, and a cool guy when he acts normal, but as far as ruling goes, he is a horrible horrible tyrant. hopefully i dont get axed for saying this!

All this arguing is just a waste of time in my opinion. And I do not say this because I’m in the same squad as Eelam, but hey, just let the boy play again. Seems he wants this so bad and it’s understandable since there is no good reason to not let him back on the roster again. As Eelam said (I talked to Mouse also and I agree) he and Mouse both agree that this is just a fault. It’s just to bad that there is staff needed to fix this problem since Eelam can’t play TWL now because of the lock we all know, then why, as staffmember reject Eelams appeal. Just to show your might? To show that rules are rules? Because some of you don’t like Eelam? Give me a break, there are bigger problems on this Earth -_- just get him back on TWLroster so that all the arguing can stop.
