4 spid limit and 3 rounds-thoughts?

raspi i don't think creative is the right word when talking about a 4 spid limit. it just forces a squad to play either a wb, lanc, or jav. how is this creativity? sure it's different than what we've been doing but if you honestly think that's creative then jesus. jesus christ. jesus h. christ. jesus hank christ.

eh.. i'd just use 1 shark extra and rep your terr away, and walk right in..

like sarger said, without those two blocks there's not much a traditional cram can do once a shark gets close enough to rep your terr away from the entrance..

there's no good argument for a limit, i thought about this.

as i recall (i know nothing about basing, so it's very possible i'm making things up) twl was about points, not time. put it back to points with one round. this would be a nice change

Time makes games much more exciting and there is no point of no return for the other team. There were too many good reasons to make it a timed match.

I like the idea of no limit, but besides pub, there hasn't been enough testing of it. 4 spider limit on the other hand, BWC games are always a lot more fun with a wb or jav thrown in there, and they're made to do it.

just force somethign to happen to make it at least a little more interesting to watch and play. go for an either or approach, limit nothing at all, or use what we have currently and go 4 spider limit

start a new league, with no terrs, 5 javs and 3 wbs. Call pub league.



No restrictions whatsoever would change the game, but probably not as dramatically as you think. People will stick with the traditional approach untill someone makes a new one work better. One thing to watch out for is the ass of repels you get with more than 3-4 sharks.


Might be a good idea to test it out in ?base or twdbx until you're sure it won't be a lamefest of sharks and weasels.

spider limit is tough, cause teams should be allowed to use lineup of their choice, but since it's already limited I have to say yes. Altho with blocks removal 5 spiders aint that bad.

Well if the terr stayed in the cram corners it couldn't be repped away and the terr could stay alive easily. Spawn 4.5 s with 2 sharks each shark would be repping 1.5 s each rep now with 3... each shark rep would have to last only .75 s (which is ezpz) before another shark came on.
