I agree that spamming is an immature thing to do, but seriously.

Is spamming a player in the spectator frequency and then getting banned without a warning really fair? Hell no.

If we're going to talk ethics, the most ethical thing to do in the given situation would be not to spam....dabram hit the nail on the dot, don't spam and you won't get banned.

I've seen people get banned for lighter offenses than spamming, yet no one spoke up. People only voice their opinions when the punishment directly affects them (in this case, all Pirates players).

Anyway, fair or not, and despite Izor's own immaturity/annoyance, Dwopple's punishment was simply avoidable....he shouldn't have spammed...but it's good to make mistakes because you can only learn from them, so let this be a lesson to the rest of you....especially those who rely on TW as a source of life and would suffocate if they got banned, one way of avoiding bans is not to spam!

Lol this is funny. When i got spamed by three long horrible names from extreme games, i got told to f5 or whatever or ignore them! Oh that was the pirates and quake twld match. And when i told izor about it on qs chat, he said ' thats no excuse, just use f5' and then he told me a ?command to get rid of the pm sound.

So this is what he told me against the same squad he was playing, just the difference was he got spamed whilst in spec.
