I think Mythrandir told this before on the old boards.
The TWT is a ladder like season, in which the squads, can get to play when ever they want. Squads can join the ladder when ever they want, since its a laddersystem where even starting squads can play.
After a season the top 4 or 5 maybe will get a free ticket to play in the TWL. As they will replace the last 4 or 5 squads of the TWL for a season.
It's all just some idea's for now, which still need to be refined before we really implement those things.

What if the top 4-5 TWT squad compete with the last 4-5 squads to see if the TWL squads can hold their place in TWL?
It only seems logical.. I mean the last 4-5 squads in TWL could possibly be better than the ones in TWT...

We haven't had time to think about that I guess.
I think that we will have 2 ladders for each, one for casual play and one for a free seeding in the TWL. The squads already playing in the TWL shouldn't be able to play in the ladder for a seeding in TWL.Light is faster than sound. That is why people look bright, until you hear them.Comment

Don't let it get complicated to the point of being nonsensical. Competitions which have rules inside rules that affect ladders inside other leagues ... well you get my point
If TWL was handled better there wouldn't be any need for a TWL squad to play TWT as well inside the same league. (for example Brit Squad wouldn't need to play TWL D and TWT D to get regular matches.)
Edit : However for large squads an "first squad/reserve squad" system could be setup with reserve squad able to play in TWT and a first squad in TWL. The amount of swapping between the two rosters being limited to a player or two a week.gravy_: They should do great gran tourismo

and it only extends the season by 2 weeks.. well.. not really the season.. but the post-season.
