The only logical solution is to host a tournament to see who really deserves this last spot.

if the argument is about the time then there should be no tournament as paladen qualified way before 11: 59. there cud be a match between sweet and hit for last spot as those ARE THE ONLY 2 SQUADS THAT ARE INVOLVED WITH THE TIME ERROR.. Did the TWL ops not chose squads lower on the ladder than those that had qualified through rankings a season or two ago, due to the fact that the squad they chose had more capability to compete in twl? My memory is hazy but I do recall something of this nature happening. Looking at hit and paladen's roster I must ask, can either squad even field half of a competitive line for TWLB, let alone a full line? The staff incorrectly posted the cutoff date, left it posted for several weeks, then produced a zone message to change the cutoff time on the day of the cutoff. How can this be justification to support the lack of organization and leadership by the TWL ops? How can you justify changing a TWL cutoff date without even making a post on the TWD site, with a reasonable notice? The staff need to man up to their mistake and stick to the original cutoff date, thus allowing Sweet, the only squad out of these three squads with any competitive chance in TWLB, to participate in TWL. Maybe penetrate feeding them a 5vs5 bd win a hour before the revised cutoff is enough justification for them to be in TWLB, and I should just shut up. At the very least hold a tournament as Marge suggested.

this is the worst idea I've ever seen. If you're going to do this tournament, do it during the week and get it done before Sunday. TWL was already postponed for 1 week, seems pretty retarded to delay it another week for something so irrelevant.

Don't know where in the rules it says you cant add specials of your choice in a game, nither does it say a squad cant play another squad multiple times. If you think we got fed your dumb as fuck. I'm sure some of you know how annoying it is to play against 2 wbs and a jav. We didnt force them to add specials and it wasnt a land slide victory either. We needed to qualify and that is why we tried to take any bd we could. Forefeiting to dice was because people went afk after the last bd and it was taken without a count. Whats even more gay is you fags actually stole 7 of our pts.

These squads had months to qualify for this league and decided the bare minimum was enough to make it into the league instead of winning another game or two and not having to worry about it, people didn't show up for qualifying day to base even though they knew they were squeaking by with like 850 points or some shit? I call bullshit, atleast the teams that made it in showed up to make sure they made it which says they will probably show up for the actual twlb matches. I can see a tournament happening because of all the feeding that took place at the last second but to say x squad doesn't deserve to make it is retarded, we all knew when the cutoff was, and if the captains aren't smart enough to make sure they don't deserve to play.

Well, considering the fact that 4 LB contenders were sitting in the 800 points range is merely due to the lack of squads participating in TWBD (11 active BD squads, 10 spots available). When you have that few squads, at least a few of them have to be below 1000 (4 squads that made it were), so that's beyond the point.

If you can put aside the blatant feeding from (mostly) Penetrate, as well as the cutoff time error (Sunday 12 AM EST was Saturday night), then sure it was a fair fight and Paladen deserves their spot.

The only 2 options here are for Paladen to do the right thing (imo) and withdraw for Sweet, or have the tournament next weekend.
