And why not? You lose firepower in certain areas and make up with higher attaching capacities.

It's what the game should partly be about. Ships balanced so that they can all be used to a certain extent.

Stick with 5 spiders. If their jav is good enough he will more than compensate the 5th spider.

I agree, I'd lvoe if teams came with 4 terrs, 2 sharks and a spider. let people try shit and see if it works, why does every team have to be basically the same?

I think why Pallies is so strong is because they have a balance in the ships they play. 3 strong spiders 1 jav (usually PJ which owns) and Divine Rides as Warbird. PJ can get them in if they lose base and Div puts preasure on the terr and the 3 spiders do the rest.

we were contemplating going 5 spiders last weekend, which would have us doing a different lineup for the first 4 weeks. But we ended up recycling the 4 spider 1 wb line we used against elusive.
