What exactly are you asking? Whoever has the most votes in a day phase is lynched and dies. Majority rules. Per rule 4, a tie ends in no one being lynched.

I'm not a big fan of taking a shot in the dark on D1. Assuming this game is just like the vast majority of mafia games, town currently has the majority....meaning we MIGHT get lucky and lynch a scum but PROBABLY not. I do not want to do scum a favor by offing one of our own.
