As we are speakinb about health and such things.. A tip for those how are new to exercise and building up your body. If you are able to trow 10 push-ups you are in some "shape". I would recommand if you can't do 10 push-ups non stop, then start with that you do as many as you can, have a 2 min break (1min 30 sec) then do as many as you can. then break, again... if needed increase the break, do it again, break, do it again... until your body says this is enough. (okey that aint a good program..) You could do that loop for like 3 times.
When you hit lvl 10.. okey just kidding, when you are able to trow 10 push-ups.. do this loop, its a total of 30 push-ups, every hour. Lets say that you in one day do this 6-7 times thats 180-210 push-ups a day.
I wouldn't recommand if your muscles hurt to do this, stretch alot after every day, and some after every session.
You could also add to this program, sit-ups and back muscle movement. You could also make a different program for eachday.
I think this is a good way to start building up your shape, and it doesn't take that much time to do. I'm not a expert, but IMO this really is something good to start with, before lifting weights. Or of course you could start lifting small weights to start with. Never start lifting bigger weights that you can't handle, or even if you can handle it.. Since its good that you learn the technique before moving on to bigger weights.
Em I making sense? And dont mind my bad english! I could read this through and remake some sentences, and correct typos, but I don't have the time for that, since I'm at work..
EDIT: You can come a long way only with your body, when getting a good look and built body. Not only will you feel good, you will live longer.
