With only 18% of precincts left for Ohio, I'm pretty sure this election is over.

All four of the mid-Midwesterns show Kerry having a lead of three to six percentage points at this stage in vote counting, but their importance can't hold a candle to Ohio.
I'm only looking at yahoo- has anyone seen Minnesota called for Kerry yet? I'll eat my hat if it goes to Bush.

I've decided to take CNN back under my wing, because they have county-to-county graphics that the other sites just don't seem willing to give me. This page -> http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2004/pag...ounty.002.html <- is why I find this especially interesting. In the coming three to five minutes, I will give you guys an analysis of this page and a realistic projection of whether Kerry can come back in the last 17% of balloting.
It's kind of difficult for bush to target an area though. Most provinces were split 45-50-55 besides Utah and Washington D.C.
