But back on topic, yea, I think it's a pretty damaging movie. I think Moore tends to be self serving, but there's a lot of what I saw in that movie that resonates with my personal beliefs.

Some of the movie is a little embellished, but there's a lot that I believe is factual in its message.

Ya I know he is really biased, and makes stuff up. But he does have valid points, and in america it's WAY too easy to get a gun. Now I know you americans like to have guns and show off your guns to your buddy etc. But with the muder rate you guys got every single year, you might wanna think about rethinking the whole weapon process thingy. Besides, in Canada they like to have guns too, yet they seem to be able to not shoot each other 24/7. I think no matter how much america makes fun of Canada, they could take alot of examples from Canada. I agree with Moore for the biggest part, haven't seen fahrenheit yet tho. But as far as bowling for columbine goes, ya I agree with him for like 80%. I mean, come on getting a gun for opening an account at a bank? wtf.

He's really good at interviewing people in a way that leads the other guy into a dead end.

I've seen Fahrenheit 9/11 and Bowling For Columbine and read "Will They Ever Trust Us Again". Entertaining stuff, lots of things that make you think. But that's the thing. YOU NEED TO THINK FOR YOURSELF WHEN YOU SEE THINGS. He shows his point, someone else shows theirs. Think for yourself and draw your own conclusions.

Anyway getting to my point. I'v seen both Bowling for Columbine and F9/11. I have also read most of Moore's books. You have to give it to the guy, he makes a very convincing case in all of them.

To those of you accusing him for being obese and unshaven and wealthy..... well those are pretty childish arguments. He has the means to an end and he uses them. Which one of you would donate the bulk of your fortune to charity? And he sends his kid to private school because the man knows that public education in the US is for laughs. At least he's trying to do something about it.

People make mistakes, its only natural. To my point of view though Moore has made very few in his effort to get his message through to the public. He's someone to listen to, no doubt.

PS: The man doesnt make things up. He just works hard and researches all these true facts that to the common man seem irrational and embellished. Buts its all true folks.
