Lets trim this down for few billions and then allow pro-lifers right to voice their opinion. In the mean time, make birth illegal and punishable crime, insertion of diaphragm obligatory for girls from age 12 and up, and automatical death penalty for all the children born without the specific permission issued by gouverment.
