- I DON'T HAVE ANY FACTS but I know the US government is renowned for giving pittance to their education system, and while we may not have the same amount of resources we definately utilise what we've got instead of packing everyone off to the marines
- I think most of the recent anti-American sentiment stems from recent events - most notably Iraq. You could go all the way back to the Crusades and say we're naughty but you've only really been a diplomatic entity for a century and a half so I'm sure you'll rack up an equally impressive tally
