  • Latest G.W. Bush speech 11/30/05

I am amazed at the latest G.W. Bush speech...if anyone can be amazed at this idiot anymore?

Seems that the puppet president is still relying on the fear factor as well as the standard fare answers he has been using in every speech since 9/11.

I for one am sick of the "Stay The Course" reply he has for almost every question.

Hmm....can he bring up 9/11 any more? We all know that 9/11 had nothing to do with the invasion of Iraq. No WMD's no chemical or biological weapon, nothing actually except a deck of playing cards to use in order to capture G.W.'s theory on who where the players of the Evil Empire!

I am also amazed that he will still give his address to the nation at a military institution, as we all know...maybe some do not? that when the Pres. address's the military, there is not questions to be asked, you stand at attention and applaud when he is finished.

I think Georgie is afraid of dealing with anyone from the public anymore, as he may be bashed with questions that his speech writers did not give him the answers. What a bogus speech is all I can say...god forbid this president could write anything on his own!

Well only 3 years left of this jerk.

It would be so nice to see his entire regime get caught and have to answer to war crimes for what he has done so far with this illigitamate war he created.

At least in Canada as well as Israel and other countries, they have a vote of confidence for their leaders. Would be a great thing to add to the U.S. Govt.

    Ok...done venting B)

He always has been afraid of the public and never really has dealt with us like a typical president of the US. On top of that when reporters actually do get to ask him questions at White House briefings or press conferences he has fake reoprters asking him staged questions among the real reporters. As if that isn't bad enough, the White House for the past few years has been using tax payer money to produce these "news reports" with actors. What they do is pay some actor to pretend to be a journalist and another to pretend to be a specialist (they even use fake names/titles/fake news corporations). They throw around some spun information and then hand copies of the "interview" out to local news stations who play them as if they were their reporters. Congress and many organizations have confronted the White House on this and Bush himself said that he will not stop producing these videos because they technically don't break the law. Sounds like propagnada to me, using tax payer money to produce fake news with fake specialists and fake reporters to spread around spun information to make his policies sound better to the American public.

Yea, he's never been too good in the "public" area. Anything this man and his "regime" do can no longer surprise me.
(ZaBuZa)>sigh.. i been playing this game since i was 8... i am more mature then ull ever be...

i'm sorry, my history's poor. do you mean that if the 9-11 events didn't happen, we would still be fighting against terrorism as we are now?

I wanted to quote 404, and say this, but I can quote to you just the same. Look up the first public speach Bush made after he was elected.
          The answer is probably yes.

Lincoln wrote the Gettysburg Address speech on a train in what has been said, in 15 minutes. One of the greatest Presidential speech's in US history and it was written by the actual President...go figure!

And what we have today is a retard that somehow got into Yale and cannot even perform a public speech let alone write one on his own.

            makes ya wonder!

I am saying that the US Govt used 9/11 as a means of supporting the US going to war. If 9/11 never happened, things would definatley be different, yet who can be sure with the cronies in office now. I am sure they would make an excuse to go into Iraq...afterall, Sadaam threatened Georges father. When you think about the history of this....they coorelate the fact that Bin Laden visited Sadaam and that was the tie...yet Rumsfeld had more visits with Sadaam than Bin Laden did...and if you go back to the begining, the US put or should I say staged and helped Sadaam take power of Iraq.

Just another U.S puppet dictator overthrown by the country that helped put him in power in the 1st place. Noriega must be pissed he didnt getthe press coverage Sadaam gets. Hmmm...maybe Haiti will be next on the list?

Perhaps this is also why the US still will not deal with Cuba? We did not put Castro in charge and he will not play ball with the US in the means that the US likes and wants? For Condasleeza Rice to tell the Palestinians and Israelis how to settle there border disputes and work together, how come the U.S. after 50 years of a less problem with Cuba, cannot overcome it's differences? Again it makes me wonder about the hypocracy.

              Just venting again

Anyway i'm not a fan of Bush and fail to see why a nation would vote for a President who is surely well below the average intelligence of an American.

No idea bout the speach your talking about though.

Last I checked, that was an urban legend.

Also, there is something people can't seem to grasp. No, we didn't find any WMDs in Iraq. Nor would I expect us to. This is not to say that there have not been WMDs in Iraq in the past. Saddam is not an idiot, do you think he would just leave them there in the country for us to find? Especially since he would've had all the time in the world to get rid of them to some other country or terrorist organization. It doesn't even really matter if we didn't find any of them because Saddam himself was in a way a weapon of mass destruction.

Urban legend maybe...yet fact says he did write it himself!

Your correct in noting that Sadaam was a WMD himself, yet with Sadaam gone, has the country itself become more stable? Has his removal made the world a better place, especially in the middle east? I would say no to that.

If anything the Middle East has become a less stable area of the world. Finding Sadaam was not a hard thing to do, we always knew where he was when in power....hell we put him there and that is fact that can be traced back to when Bush Sr. was director of the CIA!

The entire region has become a destabilized zone that breeds insurgency at every turn. Originally I thought after the 9/11 incident, that the US was determined as Georgie says, to capture those responsible! well...what ever happened to finding Bin Laden? too many screwed up things that amaze...well no longer amaze me.

Have any of you guys gotten a Master degree from an Ivy League school? If not, then I question how any of you could be questioning his intelligence.
And I call bullshit on crap about buying a degree at that level. Influence might help in getting a person in, but no one gets a free ride all the way through a Masters in an Ivy league school.

Fact is, Bush is one of the best educated and one of the highest degreed presidents this country has had. However his public speaking skills are about as bad as they can be, but that says nothing about a person's intelligence. As far as history goes, George Washington never spoke publicly for more than ten minutes because his false teeth required him to keep his jaws clenched. Lincoln's first inaugural address was about as unimpressive and boring as you can get.

But the power of speech, both what is said and how it is spoken, is of critical importance in today's media driven politics. And no question that Bush sucks at public speaking.

But you guys are making a huge assumption about the man's intelligence. I work with, and have hired, people who have monster IQ's and are many times more intelligent than myself (and you guys too). But know what? Some of these people are complete social misfits, then can't stand in front of anyone and construct more than two coherent sentences.

It would serve many of you well if you stopped making the huge assumption that a person’s intelligence is related to a person’s public speaking ability. It isn’t.

Now if you simply don’t him, just say it. But making assumptions and being critical of his intelligence is only demonstrating either that you have a bias view if him or that you aren’t checking the facts.
