yes, i read the DaVinci Code...

however, i also read an article on mary magdalene, and watched a history channel thing on her.

besides...what part of what i said was controversial? he never said if she was his wife or a prostitute, either way, he's banging her. so i said nothing about their relationship status.

Im not gunna put this out here for just cathlics but all religeons...Juts think about this, all religeons are fucking crazy. They're based on a bunch of bullshit lies from people who live thousands of years ago. If you researched any religeon you would find so many things that arent true. Every religeon is equally crazy bc the probability of any of them being true is 0.
Also Most poeple who say they belive in thir religeon don't even go to church or know the foundations( and im not saying u don't)they're just listening to their parents who force them into belive in their religeon.

I mean comon thing like Marry being impregnated by god, bull shit, she was a slut. Also, think about how many people had "visions".. most religeons developed in the middle east, were there was very little water, dehidration cause hilucinations.

..... i could go on and on about so many diffrent religeons but if i make it to long noone will read it :fear:

ps. i dont get why jesus is depicted as a white man along with marry and all of them when they would have looked like the current people in the middle east

the fact that you misspelled half of the words on this post, makes it hard to agree with you...but you did have some good points on there too. Ummmm, I dont think anyone was mistaking Mary Magdalene for the Virgin Mary.

And the reason it's controversial is because at that time, being a good Jew mean't being celibate, and in a religion such as Christianity where the point is to emulate your leader, many people might find the vow of celibacy to be a bit hypocritical. It would definately uproot the Catholic faith.
