no matter what you say, think or believe, they will never get these immigrants out, squeezer is right. you're just mad cuz "THEY TOOK OUR JOBBSSSS"

WELL if u wanna go work in 100+ degree weather and 80% humidity all day everyday for 7 an hour, then yea send em back. chao will do it.

except chao will want 10+ an hour only work 5 days a weak, and want 3, half hour breaks, yes the typical american/w.e he is. why would companies want to hirte white boys over mexicans? they wouldnt, mexicans work hard WAY HARDER THAN ANY AMERICAN, ON THIS FORUM AT LEAST. if i was a owner of a company i would much rather hire hispanics than americans, and there is a reason for that, they cant be trusted to get the job done right or to spend the time doing it at that.

my wife was a mexican "immigrant" although she had a visa to be here...so no she wasnt illegal and neither is her family they are legit, you're the reason i dont like white ppl anymore, and im white. and im fluent in spanish, i work with mexicans all day long and they are the hardest working mother fuckers i know, we should be thankful they come here, really.

On a flip side of this subject, one has to look at those employing these immigrants as well. They do not pay the taxes or health care for any of these workers.

The boost to the tax base, be it fed or local, would be incredible if the actual employers of these workers had them on the books.

These companies or employers need to be held responsible for these workers. These employers are the ones lauging all the way to the bank. They are the ones who are getting a free ride it would seem. The immigrants are the brunt of the joke to them until they do not show up for work.

The workersin my shop are mostly comprised of naturalized immigrants, all of whom have become or are on the way to becomming citizens legally. When I asked many of them how they felt about this, the response was clear from all of them, that they are pissed that the immigrants seeking amnesty want a free ride and that they did not go through the proper and legal channels as everyone else had to do.

I came to find that these workers I employ are more pissed about this than most native born citizens. These people have taken pride in this accomplishment and that alone says more to me than these protesters.
May your shit come to life and kiss you on the face.

Go after employers who pay under the table, they're the ones who perpetuate this cycle. Yet this isn't a perfect solution either. As with out sourcing overseas, the cost of doing business is too high to have a full staff of workers with benefits and maintain current prices. The cost of insurance, wages, etc will fall on consumers and consequently drive up the cost of living. This WILL effect those with lower income since immigrant labor is used mostly for commodities like food and lumber.

I'm willing to pay a few cents a pound more for certain foods, but for those truely living pay check to pay check thats going to hurt

I'm wondering if the country as a whole (obviously private industry profits) actually saves money from all of the cheap labor when you also have to pay extra in taxes for education, health care, etc. I'm all for immigration because that's what America was founded on, but it should follow the legal immigration process that was set up.

The country as a whole does not save money at all. In fact it costs us more money when they get injured or get sick and go to hospitals and cannot afford the bills. If they want to work that badly over here, if they want to feed their families and provide for them, then I think these immigrants need to go through the proper channels.

At first my opinion was that if they would at least pay taxes, then they should get health benefits and I wouldn't care . But now that I think about it, I would be pretty pissed off if I worked my butt off and became an American citizen the legal way and see some fucker ride in the back of a car and end up with the same benefits as me, just by paying taxes. Fuck that shit, if I have to study a test and do whatever other shit to become a citizen and get benefits, then their asses should as well.

Benno and the others that said the companies are the main ones at fault, are right though. They are the ones perpetuating this cycle and the ones not suffering from any of it. I think Wal-Mart got bustd for this shit, and more companies need to get busted as well (and fined).

We can change the system and things can get better, but until there are enough people to really shake the fuck out of the government and do something, things will remain the same. Let's use Wal-Mart as an example. They would notice that they need to fix something if all of a sudden, 20 million customers boycotted their stores. It's along the same lines as the civil rights movement and boycotting the buses- until you get a large majority of the people involved in the change, and dedicate yourselves to making things right, these people are just going to keep on doing what they're doing. 1 million people marching might send a message but 16 million people marching all over the states will send a message they simply cannot ignore.
My father in law was telling me over Thanksgiving about this amazing bartender at some bar he frequented who could shake a martini and fill it to the rim with no leftovers and he thought it was the coolest thing he'd ever seen. I then proceeded to his home bar and made four martinis in one shaker with unfamiliar glassware and a non standard shaker and did the same thing. From that moment forward I knew he had no compunction about my cock ever being in his daughter's mouth.

Wow, you really don't get it. Do you actually think some mexican illegal immigrants that had a baby are going to go up to the government and say 'can I get a birth document for my child?', just to be easily caught and thrown back into their country while their child is taken away?

Furthermore, I don't consider the child a full american citizen if the child doesn't have the same rights and accesses to public services, especially education.

read your facts, there are differences between them and you that cannot be ignored. In addition, the US has been trying to abolish that law quoted since 1996, where's the pride in quoting that?

Trying to get rid of millions of illegal immigrants won't do much, there's too many. Changing their social status, can make a difference.

                Article 6
Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.
Being thrown in jail first, then deported without a fair trial isn't someone who has recognition before the law. When there's more than 10 million, you simply can't ignore their voices. Face it, it's time for a change.

Hi. You don't go to a government agency for that. They fill it out when the baby is born at the hospital. It's proof of citizenship, proof that the person was born here.

Nice try, but whoever told you this stuff was wrong. Thereby making you wrong by extension.

I hope by that change you mean " don't jump the border illegally and expect to get a pat on the back". Every American citizen should be granted a trial by jury, but illegal immigrants? Fuck that, trials will just be another form of money that is going down the drain because they don't want to go through the proper channels of becoming a citizen.

all you fags who are saying why don't they just do it legally.. because its not that easy/allowed

if all the illegal immigrants here right now came through legally, you would still all have problems with it because they're mexican etc.

i guess what im trying to say is, i like shakira

this illegal mexican came to my birthday party (uninvited) and got really drunk and wouldn't let me blow my candles out

then he wouldn't leave after everyone left

the restaurant called me and asked him to pick him up or they'd call the cops to pick him up

                        i said "im sleeping"

i think hes back in mexico now.

I don't care if they're fucking Irish or if all 15 residents of Ratty's country came over, as long as they don't complain about getting fair treatment when they aren't coming over illegally. If they want rights or benefits they need to do the same things all immigrants do to become citizens.

Congratulations. You ended that in the best way humanly possible.

I think I'll be laughing about that for a day or two.

There are only two possible reasons I can think of for them NOT to come across legally...1.) Quotas, obliterated in 1965 by the Hart-Celler Immigration Bill.
2.) Hinderance from their native country. (Mexico)

I'm not to sure about number 2. If anyone has information on that, feel free to share it.
