Rudy, I have proof that both Tyler ZH and Aquatiq made up false accusations about what I said on the day I was banned. Tyler emailed me a log of what I supposedly said, but it had been edited, and edited poorly, he forgot to capitilize my name. As such I feel that this warrants further investigation, he added my name to such racist remarks, with things such as ropes and whatnot. I did not say such things, anyways, when this log is found to be fraudulent I demand Tylers immediate axing, and a 3-day ban for Aquatiq, for the time I have had to spend away from this game.

I don't see how that's proof- you could've edited it yourself but it's still sounds more like the FBI and the Patriot Act than subspace policy

Bots shouldn't be used to flag racism-- if it really offends someone they should report it. maybe a seperate command ?racism should be used. I wonder if anyone that reported him was actually deeply offended because he used a word posted all over the websites, or was it that they simply saw someone type it and jumped to be the first person to get him banned... i'm certain its the latter

and what's the point of the ban g email addresses? has anyone had a ban overturned? has any mod actually considered an appeal without bias?

Lovely source, but TW settings are not SVS settings. You can not power up or change the speed, weapons or power or anything on your ship as you green or get kills here. "negging" is exclusively SVS, it has no relevance in TW.

thats 100% wrong. in the help messages it says negging is attacking weaker ships. I thot uve been playing this game long enough to know that. wow this should be kept in the record books, Kolar is Wrong.sounds good doesnt it.

Kthx was banned for two reasons

1) Most of the Staff doesn't like Kthx/Wark <ER> and any chance they get try and fuck with him they will. If he used a racist word, then I could see the point of him being banned. He in fact didn't use a word that was racist. No matter how you put it Negging or Negged isn't racist. It's another word for being lamed, cheated, spawned , or noobed. How is it that Mods are allowed to interput what they think someone meant rather than what was acutally said.

2)Quicksand is either a squad you hate to love or love to hate. Staff hates us noone ever does anything when someone on this squad does a ?cheater about another squad because of thier extreme dislike for this Quicksand. Staff likes to pretend that everyone is under the same "Rules" but they aren't.

I have seen Negged or Negging used many times in elim and in dd's although it's not as common as newbie, noobed, or nubed, it's still used.

He typed what he typed and what was typed didn't emply racism but, rather being noobed or lamed. Anyone with half a brain knows that what he said wasn't racist, just staff trying to make it look like he did.

It's sad that mods like Aquatiq who have seen people use the word Negged or Negging decide to do nothing about it until someone like Kthx uses it and decides to fuck with him.

It's sad that I get a one week forum ban for a word that was used 5 times before I used and yet until I bring it to someone's attention nothing happens.

It's sad that Staff is allowed to continue fucking with this squad.


Last but not least it's sad that Aquatiq is only on staff because she has pussy. Other than that she is useless. With exception to giving warnings and bans for racism like Barton, when nothing racist was said.......
