Okay since I got out of marines, Ive been partying harder and harder each weekend. I still got most of my muscle and all, im just looking for a new workout plan? I was wondering if anyone had good idea on a new workout plan. Right now I just lift, do squats, and do like 200 push-ups a set and like 200 crunches/sit ups. If anyone knows a neat workout ill try it. Just trying to keep my figure for da ladies? feel me?
