My father in law was telling me over Thanksgiving about this amazing bartender at some bar he frequented who could shake a martini and fill it to the rim with no leftovers and he thought it was the coolest thing he'd ever seen. I then proceeded to his home bar and made four martinis in one shaker with unfamiliar glassware and a non standard shaker and did the same thing. From that moment forward I knew he had no compunction about my cock ever being in his daughter's mouth.

LOLOLOLOL hmmm No. Usually they don't know shit. They can help you find things, but don't ask for advise there. Consult a certified personal trainer or board certifed Physican. Don't talk out of your ass, if you don't know what you're talking about...OBama/Biden 08

But LB I just don't agree with the small meals through out the day, I'm constantly snacking on stuff but when it comes time to eat I eat. I have to eat during certain times of my day first off wake up light breakfast, snacks till lunch, big lunch. Then I have to snack up until I go to training b/c training on a full stomach is no good. Your body will focus to much energy on digesting the large amount of food you just ate so it cuts your work eithic in the gym practically in half. So then when I come home eat a good big dinner, then go to bed. I don't think thats unhealthy or abnormal, not for the amount of physically challengeing things my body goes through during a day. And in your first response you did make it out as if I went "out to eat at a resturaunt" every meal of the day. I don't eat out pritty much ever, unless I'm out of town and can't cook.

Few large meals (3 a day) = bad
please don't try to tell me anything about the body or how energy gets distributed, you don't know what you're talking about. My father in law was telling me over Thanksgiving about this amazing bartender at some bar he frequented who could shake a martini and fill it to the rim with no leftovers and he thought it was the coolest thing he'd ever seen. I too am a 'eat all day' kind of guy, because I believe the same thing as you, but it's a gut feeling. I haven't found proof yet, that it's actually going to make me healthier, more energetic and will lengthen my lifespan. You ate some priest porridge

To Geio, you're much better off reading/posting these type of questions on a different forum... such as sherdog.com. Alot of info there. And it's a good thing you left the army... finally used the most important muscle that mathers
