    Im wondering..i like working out natural. Im considering taking supplements and shakes and shit.. I mean im big now...but for the beach this summer I wanna be rockin'. Yall can try and diss me all you want kids. I dont care, but for the helpfull ones, thanks.:fear:

      So you wanna get ripped Geio?


      This is what works for me. I keep my calorie intake between 1200 and 1500calories a day. I workout for 30 minutes on the Stairmaster and burn 300 calories. I eat 2 "Pure Protien" bars 40g of protien (PH gets that in 1 sitting because of all the cock he sucks). I eat 6 times a day, but small meals. I eat my breakfast for dinner and dinner for breakfast.



      Burnouts are what is going to make you cut up. I do 15 reps of each machine that works my Bis, Tris, Pex, Delts, Lats, 200 sit ups is going to actually make your stomach bigger, not leaner. To make yourself look diesel put your body into ketosis/cetosis (not sure how to spell it) That's when you eat 0 carbs for a 1 to 4 day period. Once your body uses up all the protien it will go after fat cells. Thus making you leaner.




      Last but not least. Increase your protien intake. I"m sure you know that is what your muscles use to heal and grow. If your going to take anything Use androsein and cromium pocolanate(phoneticlly? spelt)

                  Try doing more reps/sets with less weight, to get tone. I dont do any of this diet and counting carbs shit, thats for insecure teenage girls. You should know what you want to look like, what you want to be in shape for (i.e. sports, w/e), and therefore you should know how to get in that desired shape.

                        right so the only thing you should take from this post is that more protien is good if you want to build muscle. Everything else is about as useless and bad for you as that 14 year old
                        My father in law was telling me over Thanksgiving about this amazing bartender at some bar he frequented who could shake a martini and fill it to the rim with no leftovers and he thought it was the coolest thing he'd ever seen. I then proceeded to his home bar and made four martinis in one shaker with unfamiliar glassware and a non standard shaker and did the same thing.                             Join a Muay Thai sports club. I find it the best workout ever.

                            Some bennefits:
                            - It's great for your stamina.
                            - It's great for your coordination.
                            - It's great for your flexibility.
                            - It's great for your Strength. (if you want more, join a gym too).
                            - You learn how not to kick/punch like a girl.
                            - You learn to take a punch/kick.
                            - You thoughen up your princess feet.
                            - You're "in it" with a group, so it's easier to pull thrue on the days you don't want/ feel like going. Unlike a gym (for me at least).
                            - And last but not least. Unlike joining the marine, you actually have to think for yourself here Alot of tactics involved.

                              I've been doing Tien Shen Pai Kung Fu for over a month now, any martial art has the benefits you just listed. Martial Arts do beat the monotony of the gym.
