But in some places, like Houston, we can afford to use them, all of the liberal cities lost their best jobs to cities with lower taxes, and usually the best jobs have things like a comprehensive health care package. The problem is a lot of cities and states won't allow the good jobs back in, or the good jobs refuse to open up shop or stay in a place because of high taxes or huge restrictions on environmental shit. Manufacturing companies etc etc etc, Toyota just announced they are hiring 1000 employees in Texas just recently to manufacture cars for instance. So there are more and better jobs in my state, and therefore less people unemployed, more people contributing to society and paying taxes, less people on welfare, and more people insured, hence we have one of the top medical fields in the world.
