Its a bunch of liberals crying that stopped things like corporal punishment. I mean 40 years ago this kid would have literally had his ass beat by the principal or the teacher for misbehaving. In this day and age teachers are scared of the kids not the other way around. I am pretty sure you can go look back and figure out which set of ideals allowed for things like this to be able to occur and which way they lean towards.

No Mr. Wark I think your justice system directly: Gitmo... Abu Ghraib and indirectly: any state or federal prison chosen at random, promotes violence as a means of control and as a means of punishment/retribution. He thinks he's such a toughguy fighter for beating up a bus driver, then try him as an adult. I'm sure he feels he can handle being treated like an adult, given that he wants to be respected like one. Then, give him 10 years for assaulting that bus driver and let prison sort him out.

The kid is 16. While I admit I did stupid shit at 16, I never beat an unarmed person while they drove a bus. That's beyond stupid. That's reckless, hurtful and irresponsible. That kid knew what his actions would bring. He might have even understood that he was putting himself and everyone else on that bus at risk by socking the driver and he still didn't care. Don't tell me he didn't know the severity of what he was doing. That kid understood perfectly well that there would be consequences and he beat her up anyway. Fuck him and his proud "badass" image. Send him to prison and let him learn the hard way. Then he might actually have to earn something in life as opposed to beating up weaker people.

Oh yes, let you, I, and every other working American pay some of our taxes for that black dick to be shoved into his mouth. And then when he is done having that stripped of him, he will come out of jail and fall into unemployment due to not having a GED at least and no qualifications other than being a former felon.
