i go to sleep at 10-11pm and wake up at 620am pretty much every day. if i go to sleep later, i'd still wake up around 620.
5 to 4 hours of sleep and i'm suicidal
less than 4 and i'm homicidal

Been at college for a while so I have been going to sleep around 2-3AM. And it doesn't seem to be changing. Even though I have to wake up at 8-9A. I still have weekends to sleep in.

Sorry for bumping a dead thread, but it seemed more appropriate to bump this one than create a new one.
Has anyone that posted originally changed their sleep habits? I'm finding that old habits die hard. I'm in school again and I never go to sleep before 2am anymore. I also find myself pulling all-nighters at least once a week. I'm probably averaging 4 hours of sleep during the week, and around 8 on the weekends.
What about the rest of you?

Anything over 5 hours of sleep for me is too much, its to the point now i usually wake up before my alarm clock goes off. Usually wednesday ill take a 2 hour nap when i get home from work but thats about it.

I don't go to bed before midnight ever, usually not before 1. I get up whenever I have too. If I don't have to get up at any specific time I try to limit my sleep between 8 and 10 hours any longer than 10 hours just keeps you tired.

That's just too much man, btw 4-6 hours ?! That's so little, especially 4 hours. You can't go to school/college/university and only sleep 5 hours on average.
try joining the military and working 18 hour days, then going to the bar til 3 am and getting up at 5 am everyday
you CAN do it, you just have to shock yourself into it... once you do it once you realize you can do it again
the military shocks you into realizing you only need 4 hours or so of sleep to really function right, although yes you are supposed to get 7-8 hours a night according to doctors
but yeah, you CAN do anything as long as you believe it

I sleep at 3am-6am and wakeup between 10 and 12pm.
I try really hard to be up by noon. I aim around 6 hours of sleep.
