Texas to criminalize sodomy.

The act of Sodomy is not soley a law that is against Homosexuals. In the State of GA a couple was fined and found guilty with jail time after a neighbor video taped them having oral & anal sex in the privacy of their own home. The neighbor, a peeping Tom, was not fined for his illegal act of being on his neighbors property and video taping the act through the window.

Frankly, I would think the guy on the neighbors property should have been fined and done time for being the actual pervert here, but this is the State of GA it happened in.

So for all the hetero couples out there...Sodomy laws generally criminalize oral or anal sex, between consenting Heterosexual and Homosexual adults even in the privacy of their homes, make sure you close your shades and make sure nobody can prove you have done such an act.

404, the intent of the law is definitely discriminatory against homosexuals, but that's not the overt, stated intent because it would be illegal. and so if someone who was caught was a heterosexual, they gotta throw the book at him as well. then again, maybe people in georgia just don't like butt sex

this was brought up in another thread and i went to check it out, and found that my state has a sodomy law as well. but we also have a ton of gays. such a law is almost completely unenforceable.

You left out the fact that Oral Sex is also considered Sodomy by definition of this law.

Perhaps more people should start having Ear Sex!

Personally I think they should ask Ted Haggard & Larry Craig their opinions, as well as they should ask Catholic Priests what they think in regards to this law. BTW...Beastiality is still legal in TX, so rather than screw someone up their ass or get oral sex....go screw a Dog!

So here is my infinite wisdom from reading wikipedia: Sodomy, when in Texas, used to be illegal when it was between two homosexuals. It is no longer illegal.

Homosexuality is not a choice. It is an abnormality and we need to treat it as an abnormality - this does not mean we deny LGBTs rights, treat them differently than other human beings, etc. It is simply an acknowledgment that their lives goes against the very basic idea of propagating a species. Or would someone rather argue that we can impregnate a male through buttfucking?
