They're idiots and the people running around with the "change you can believe in" signs for hours last night are idiots as well. Sad there are so many people on both 'sides' that are so easily distracted by that nonsense of claiming victory for one or the other. I'm not an Obama fan and this thought is nowhere near my mind. I'm glad he made sure to keep the pressure on to find Bin Laden from the executive standpoint. There is much more he could have done to torpedo a hunt for Bin Laden and he didn't cater to the peaceniks and chose to continue and defend those victims of 9/11.

And it cannot be easy for any Commander in Chief to give the words of "gogogo" or whatever that puts people in danger and they have do it multiple times during a presidency. To attempt and discredit any president for not carrying a M16 along side the soldiers is stupid as hell.

A friend of mine told me his theory, that all the military personnel who published and received substantial on-air promotion for their books were intending to throw off Bin Laden and others. Think about it, all that press attention, imagine how these guys would have felt if high ranking military personanel said he was in the heart of pakistan (THATS QUALITY INTEL YOU ASFASDJK).

I don't get the people trying to argue over who gets credit for this. Whether it should go to Bush, Obama, or even Palin(wtf?). The only people who deserve any credit are our intelligence agency and the seals who carried it out. Not some fucking politician who only said "Ok guys, go go."

And lol @ the thought of a woman in the seals. Whoever thinks that is possible obviously has no idea what you do to get in and what type of missions seal teams do. Hate to break it to you, but GI Jane was fictional.

From what I heard it was carried out by a 24 man seal team. Considering that they usually only work in groups of four and already are scary as hell, 24? Yea Osama had zero chance.
