Yeah that's kinda 5 pages back, ya know, if you want to read something beyond the thread title. Weather we can agree or not on where the problems lies, if in fact there are problems, if any what should we do; it isn't of concern with the logic of your posts. I can agree that people on the outside don't see the entire picture but it isn't hard at all without being there, or even being a super mod, and although you may find the opinion of a super mod more appealing on this topic, this is an open forum so don't shoot people down for having an opinion and voicing it.

come on guys, first we have a whole discussion about this forum going to hell, because every once serious, interesting topic with a good discussion in it get's ruined and then you all go and ruin one of the most important threads in a long while. Let's get back on topic already, this is not trash talk, if you wanna trash talk go create your own little thread.

Ya squeez, I might have not had the most brilliant word choise on page one, I didn't mean to ask for stuff, simply show what I have stated before.

Now, I would really like to get back on topic, but seeing as I am really trying to stay out of the middle, because of lack of knowledge, let me just remind you what this was about:

- Problems in upper staff, wich rodge obviously made clear to them in august, and still no changes hence him leaving.

- Problems mainly consisting of inactivity and lack of communication

- A lack of someone bigger overseeing upper staff

- Some personal accusations on the adresses of Pure_Luck and Dock>, yall remember what it said.

- Possible solutions?

- Upper staff not being motivated enough.

- Lower staff not getting proper training and preparing for their jobs, hence they have to find out thereselves, chaos etc.

- Only thing <er>'s have to do is start a bot nowdays for events.

I think thats about it, now lets keep it on topic.
