    I was pretty sure that the last time I played in ?go warzone, the levs had diff settings from pub. Either less radius of damage, or less dmg upon impact (or both).

    I don't necessarily think you should have any ship limits. If the nme uses a levturret team, then your team needs to send out a wb to harass them.

        Also if I remember correctly ... 20 bounty is hard for a levi in the safe zone to get. Lots of ppl spawning there will make it hard for levterrs to form. And if they do have the lucky chance to form, then they'll hafta watch out for wb (and still somehow find a way to contribute to their team).

        Question: There is anti in ?go warzone right? And is it ship-specific?

            There is anti in warzone for or every ship or most ships, and you are not allowed to anti-warp spawn.

            And it's really easy for a levi to green in .?go warzone, you either sit in and out of safe for your team to green you up to 15, then wait in safe until you can spawn some enm showing up infront of you, or you go out and collect greens, either way, it's way easier then in pub.

            So far I haven't really had any inspiration as to possible bases, and whatever I come up with, will probably suck, but it could enspire someone else to make something better out of it.

              a-s won on the infamous erathia warping incident. They got all the flags, but I think in this day and age getting all the flags is not going to happen, so a much better idea is a timed game based on points.
              The only TWO TIME TWLJ All-Star and TWLB All-Star who never played a game.

                Just to keep ya'all posted the ball is slowly rolling

                I don't think it'll be ready before TWL, but as long as we don't hit any roadblocks I'm quite sure this could be ready for soon after TWL.

                  odly enough i kind of like this idea, but only like if there were certain squads taht signed up, then 3 squads play warzone then they get 1st 2nd 3rd but that it has NOTHING to do with TWD at all, its just a fun Warzone league that could be posted on an ez pz site that doesnt need automation. It would be kind of cool, would also be fun to watch possibly Pub squads come into something?

                    Before I suggested trying out 2 entrance bases, but now I'm thinking it might make things more complicated than they need to be. I def understand that coming up with new bases is hard stuff =/.

                    Here's another idea I'll throw out ... ppl prob won't like it but here goes. We come up with 1 base design that everyone likes. Then basically use have a map with only that 1 base design (maybe just rotate it [4 rotated bases based on the same design]).

                    To extend the idea above ^ ... maybe just come up with 2 unique bases and rotate them all 4 ways ... that'll give us 8 bases ... 1 in each of the directions away from the safezone: N S E W NE NW SE SW. All their entrances can even be made to face safezone (NE NW SE SW entrances would have to be on a corner for them to face safezone though).

                      Guru seems to be MIA, but I'd like to develop this a (unofficial) TW Warzone League so that hopefully after TWL we can get it going.

                                Ok ... I'm developing a map atm. There are many diff rules that need to be set though and I want some feedback.

                                1) Should levs be allowed? Here is how I view this issue. The direct counter for levs and LTs are wbs. Having levs present in warzone increases the value of wbs. There are also ways for me to change the map to prevent FR from being bombed. So my opinion is that they should be allowed. Lemme know how you guys feel about this.

                                2) How many teams should be allowed? Atm, I'm thinking 5 set teams, 1 pub team. To answer this question, I think you need to look at how many players are going to be allowed to play at one time (look at the next question).

                                3) What is the min and max # of players warzone can support? I think a min of 12 from each team is needed to make this a success. However a max of 24 maybe should be in place in case all the teams can field anywhere btwn 12-24 players. Should the minimum be 16 instead of 12 (basically 2 terrs fielding 7 supporting players)?

                                4) What should the roster size be? If we assume that every team will field btwn 12-24 players that will be allowed to play, then roster will have to be fairly big. Maybe 50? 5 teams of 50 rostered players = 250 rostered players. Will enough ppl wanna play to fill those spots? Remember we also have a pub team that will allow anyone who isn't rostered to join in (until the spots are filled for that particular game ... ex. 12v12v12v12v12v12).

                                5) How many flags should be in the arena? Should it = the # of teams playing? So assuming that there are 5 set teams and 1 pub team ... should we have 6 flags?

                                6) How should pts be worked out? I dunno how it works atm in ?go warzone, but should it even be changed?

                                7) Should any of the settings be changed? Should anti be given to other ships? Should you be able to buy items?

                                8) The simplest route is to just use ?go warzone map and settings. Should we just do this? My fear is that there are not enough quality bases to play that map. And if we're thinking about the long term prospects of having a TW Warzone League, it won't work. (take a look at the next question)

                                9) Should bases have 2 entrances? I think it's kinda silly to have only 1 entrance for a base when there are 6 teams playing at one time. The burden should be on the team defending to successfully defend against 2 teams at one time imho. Having 1 team attack another and that attacking team get flanked by a 3rd team is a little silly to me. I'd rather see many changes in flag possession than 1 team successfully holding flag only bc their attackers are themselves being attacked/flanked.

                                10) Should there be ship limits for each team? Do you guys think there will be a problem with for ex. abusing the # of sharks or abusing the # of terrs? I kinda think we should just let teams play whatever lineups they want. If the point of warzone is to hold flag and get pts by killing while holding flags, then having all sharks won't work bc you will be holding flags, but not killing.

                                What I'm trying to make the focus is a warzone where teams can try diff lineups and where holding flags while killing wins games. Having 2 entrances will help in my opinion since there is less worry about being flanked while your team attacks a base. I also believe that all the bases should be the same. I know chosing a base in the current ?go warzone is key to winning, but I feel that I/we cannot come up with enough unique quaility base designs (esp 2 entrance base designs).

                                Some more questions:

                                1) How long should each game last? How long does a typical ?go warzone event last? I'm thinking btwn 40-60 minutes. This allows a lot of players in spec to be subbed in.
                                2) How long should the season run? I'm thinking btwn 4-6 games.
