But surely its been unfair for the last 5 years for people who couldnt get 1280x1024 i dont see why allowing widescreen would be anydifferent.

in all seriousness i convinced my gf to buy 19" widescreen monitor, so i guess i change my vote to IT'S STILL NOT FAIR EVEN THOUGH I CAN NOW BE ONE OF THE ONES WHO BENFITS

edit: as long as i can play distension in 1440x900 i'll be sitting the fence and smiling

Either way is fine with me. I window on my 19'' and surf the web on my 22''. It'd be fun to play TW in 1680x1050x32, just speccing people is fun. :P

Hell, give them the option for WS, but make them start with 7 lives in twd. That should discipline them soon enough.
