I'd like to say on behalf of a lot of staff that we try to look at context when making warnings/bans. We dont simply go by "consistency." Stargazer wants to do what he thinks is right, but I believe most staffers are smart enough to see it was a typo.

i figured most staffers were smart enough to see that after not cheating for 4 years on subspace that delectable wouldn't decide to cheat the day before his biggest subspace game. but here we are, a lack of common sense it seems.

someone will probably yell at me for making this post and i'll get in trouble

you realize (obviously you don't because you are ignorant) that delectable had been cheating/getting in trouble on subspace when he was like... 13-15? he's what, 20-21 now maybe? i think he's grown up enough to learn that he can have more fun playing the game instead of causing trouble. have you ever seen him play and it looked like he was eating a lot of shots or cheating? no, but you just assume because of his past (again, when he was a kid) that he is a cheater. but again, no one wants to use common sense. i don't want to turn this post into a delectable thread, so this will be my last comment on this, sorry star for getting it sidetracked

could be, but whenever I make a typo like that i'll get banned. He should be glad he is a staffer and only got supspended instead of having a "x" day ban. Ofcourse I understand Stargazer isn't realy a racist but I think rules apply for everyone even if you are a staffer.

Quick question how many times have you been warned/banned before?

I have had one legit warning before. 1) for spamming by British. 2) and now this. Then you get into the fact I speak in blueout at twdd and such. (This is again a typo problem)

The standard for players is a warning then a ban.

But The whole point here is as a staffer I am held to a higher standard. And that a suspension is justified.

FYI I've never been banned for racism. I think it used to be instant ban a few years ago and now its a warning and then a ban but I wasn't quite sure.
