Quit Being Obnoxious Trolls

I'm not calling anything radical, chill out. I'm just wondering why even metion running it 24/7 when it's not ready to get there yet. I know you guys are happy it's running smoother (and I'm happy for you) but it's still too soon to really be worrying about that.

i'm very chill, i smoke mad weed in my free time dude, hence the name. Why mention it? It's called planning. Discussing ideas, directions to take the game.

why do you think it's still to soon? It was in beta for a year, then publicly released in novmeber(?) only to be altered to make it better. A bug in the code could be fixed in a day, a week, who knows. But even if it's a month before it's all good, then it's not to soon to talk about how it should run after this "minor bump in the road".

keep in mind, that it was working perfectly fine for a LONG time, and continues to work fine ATM. I haven't heard anything concrete on why it caused recycles, or why it hasn't caused any recently when AFAIK nothing's been done to "fix" the code before Stab decided to see if it was really malfunctioning last weekend.

since when was trenchwars an mmorpg based zone? You don't get to complain about it not being 24/7 because that isn't how mmorpg's work when your playing a in a zone that isn't a mmorpg in a game that isn't a mmorpg.

1) Trench Wars is not an MMORPG zone

1) It's a sub-event in Trench Wars, not the main event

2) it's a free to play, online game so making an absurd claim about how ridiculous it is that you can't get what you want 24/7 is well- ridiculous

4) There's little evidence of the programming to be consistently stable, so even if it only causes server recycles oh every 3 days instead of every day- it still shouldn't be up 24/7

1) (nice #'ing btw) it's a sub-ARENA. but really the difference is grayer with some arenas, like wbduel that you probably wouldn't call an event but needs to be hosted, or tourny that's on ~24/2 but's called an event.

4)DO YOU INTENTIONALY DISREGARD THE EVIDENCE ?? It probably recycled <12 times, and was hosted, i don't know, hundreds of times, if not close to thousands by now. When was the last time it caused a recycle? that's right it hasn't since it's been running again, and it's starting to look like it was another problem/conflict within Continuum. And it IS something that could be a one-time fix, done and working for good. HISTORY within the beta and begining games show that it's relatively quick for qan to fix a bug when he has time to work on it. quick as in like a day, and 99/100 of the bugs didn't/don't cause recycles.

When will you grow up and let tagmor, myself, and other distenion players talk about something we enjoy amongst ourselves without you trolling us everytime someone makes a post. Neither one of your posts served a purpose at all.


Not trying to get it 24/7 tomorrow dude, maybe you should chill out. you probably (most definitely) wouldn't even know what was going on with distension if it wasn't for this forum, and the fact that qan doesn't want it going back to a private arena. To have a MMORPG with such strict availability is rediculous.
It is unfair to those who have other commitments, or live in obscure time-zones.
Also, it is preventing alot of new people from being introduced to the game as they are unaware of the schedule.
24/7 is the only way it can survive as a genuine game people will invest time into.
I like the idea of reduced RP for people who grind through many hours a day. If it is capped at a time limit you will have alot of people complaining and also using alias'.

Thoughts on terrs assisting please. As a high ranked terr the bot will not allow me to assist unless the imbalance is about 150-200. At this point 2 or 3 others should have already assisted. Is it wrong for terrs to assist even if the teams are that uneven?

Why is everyone paying so much attention to wark and LB? Im as big a distension fan as anyone else in here, and would like to see it more available too. Stop worrying about people that have no impact on the future of distension whatsoever. If the bot is available 24/7, and the players have a limited # of hours they can play, that still leaves the rest of the zone to play for the duration they wish to stay online.

You're not going to make everybody happy no matter what you do, so make the choice that would make MORE people happy, not just wark, HTF, and some other random idiot who does nothing but sit in spec and make inside jokes on ph's chat that nobody understands about the latest Youtube videos.
