While people are being banned for no reason other than personal vendettas, others are being allowed to do whatever the fuck they want..
Pub has been using tac-ops to disadvantage people on his own team, and fuckall has been done.
He continuously warps me out of FR during flagbattles, and even goes so far as, during ballgames, to organise a ship from the opposing team to wait at the warp point and kill me upon arrival.
Its pretty much a form of teamkilling, and can fuck an entire game, yet staff are too busy abusing powers for their own personal agendas.
It's getting beyond rediculous.

The very people who are crying about how important this game is to TW are the ones ruining it for distension players because they have unchecked powers.

They are. Besides, all bannings are logged for qan to see, so it's not like people can fuck around and ban whoever they please without reason.

First of all, yes, I was going to suggest leech went from 15% to 5% per level. Does anyone that doesn't play Lancaster think this is unfair? The only two people I've seen vocalize resistance to this idea are two of the people that only play Lanc. Look, I've seen Lancasters take out 7-8 people in a row, one by one, in the flagroom because of the leech. Now, we can only reasonably expect Lanc players to get four levels of leech, but still, that's 60% chance of a full charge per kill. How is that not overpowered? Changing it to 20% sounds a lot more reasonable, no? Hell, even 40% sounds more reasonable.

Also, the bot does NOT kick you after a ban. Check out the cmdBan() function and you'll see there's nothing there that kicks a player. I think it was probably due to ship changes because there was no *kill message from Aqua either.

As far as that whole Dako thing goes, Aqua probably did go a bit overboard with it. I didn't even realize there was a double-prizing bug, but that's obviously something that should be fixed if possible. From what I've been told you were flying around really cautiously and sniping people so you would be able to keep your extra crap which is why Aqua got pissed, and I probably would have too. Anyway, I already talked to Aqua about it, and I'll unban you when I get the chance (which won't be until the 9pm session at the earliest). This goes for everyone: if you somehow get double prizes, or prized stronger bullets than you should have, then fine, consider it a bonus, but please don't push it and try to keep it as long as possible. That's kinda lame...

Anyway, I gotta run, but I'll write more later- particularly on the Lancaster thing.

I didn't know the bot would kick you off the server, though. I thought maybe you were d/c'd for ship changes... Qan needs to change that, we can't have bots kicking people off the game (besides arrogant).

2. Have weasel. This really isn't that hard, melanoma's been trying for a couple days to get it, and has gotten really close apparently. The key to getting weasel now, is in those mid round soccer games. You can stay at about base level (make sure sketch / epic li / cloak stealth weasel isnt playing) and snipe up / down toward the goal area. I found this racked up a decent amount of kills, between 8-10 per soccer game, with fairly little retaliation from preoccupied soccer players.

4. Without weasel, you better be a really lucky high ranked terr, a really lucky spider, or lizard fuel.

One more thing (my suggestion), try to play the first game (one flag game) with 14v14 to get Lanc, you might have a chance since one flag games may end quicker than two flag games.

LOL this is exactly what I pointed out a few pages back, there is a "distension staff" that is separate from "Trench Wars Staff" so terrible decisions and other stupid shit like this happens. The very people who are crying about how important this game is to TW are the ones ruining it for distension players because they have unchecked powers. Just one of the many problems that will eventually cause this event to die off.

I'll tell you what. It's annoying as hell, when you're a 40+ to be sniped by a level 10 or lower, and have them say 'ez' when you've just gone and shot someone else and have 500 or less energy. It's probably equally as annoying for those 10 or lower ships to be constantly run over by higher level ships. I see where you're coming from Captain, seeing as I'm leveling my lev, and I die more then I actually kill. Its not about leveling to me though, it's about the game, and how fun it could be if you overlook the fact that you have a weak ship or not.

That, too, is just my $0.02.

What the hell is wrong with this game as of late.

Situation: I get a double-prized weasel. Bot hiccup, happens sometimes, about once a day for me. I immeadiately attach to a terr (who is dead), see aquatiq laming outside by sniping outside of the base, run over and kill her.

Ensues is this:

Afterwards, I was both kicked from the server and banned from distension. Aquatiq was the ONLY person I killed, and then entire ordeal was over in about 15 seconds. I was not running around with a bugged terrier with level 4 bullets or something, it was a weasel with an extra 300 energy and extra thrust. I didn't even have level 3 bullets, and I couldn't eat a level 2. But somehow, that I killed someone with power that they'll get pissed enough to spec, ban me, kick me from the server, and then go afk happens. No way. TW Mods being power hungry. I would've never guessed. As to my "I'll lose all my participation" concern, Aquatiq had no response.

Furthermore, Aquatiq was OUTSIDE the base trying to snipe people who were spawning, which is a DIRECT violation of rule #5 in distension.
