I think there should be one head mod, kick everyone else, and let the forum be community ran. Add a like/dislike feature and ban people when they get enough negative points. Mod can handle the racism/porn

- forums staff only special privileges was the removal off banned content and warning/banning those that posted it.

i've no idea why the fuck we cant all make polls etc and regulate them within the normal rules ... giving staff special privileges to post polls etc and to have images in sigs is stupid. As far as i'm concerned it's all or nothing on topics like that - polls aren't even TW related are allowed when allmighty staff see fit so there is no argument agaisnt this imo

There is a lot of room for advancement within the forum staff ranks.

again i've no idea why it seems you've got your fingers in all the pies ?? i mean what aspect of TW have you not attached your name to ? inventing the title quality assurance mod for yourself, Forums, BWC, TWL ... perhaps a little less power to one person and better delegation of responsibilities is in order

i'm pretty sure the forums differ from the game in that there aren't any popular retards here. so if this does turn into a popularity contest i'm not really seeing any issues with that. but if the powers that be are going to suck all the personality out of the forums like they did with the game, they might as well pull the plug altogether.

I have left most of the sections of staff as of about 2 month ago. I felt that it was necessary to do proper assessment for quality assurance. I would have been too overly biased, as I was just involved in everything.

As for the forums, I took over it months ago, I am just trying to get someone in place to do the work, since literally no one was actually moderating outside of 4 or 5 people.
