Thank you for your replies and your opinions on this.

I have decided that we will do a 2 part hiring process.

First: Of the applicants, the highest admin will look over the applicants and see who would be acceptable for mod position. (Security, responsibility, activeness, maturity)

Secondly: After talking to the each of the applicants that pass the first phase, we will have them posted on a seperate thread, for the community to vote on. The applicants will be allowed to campaign. People will be allowed to vote for more than 1 person, however, I will be making the votecount public. So if anyone starts trying some trolling.. I will take that into account on the votes.

The candidates with the most votes, will fill the positions available, and will help me work on moderating the rest of the forum, and will have a say on how the forums need to be changed/updated.

I hope to have the voting started by Monday.
