I think there should be a TWSD but not a TWSL. Like Nickname said, 4 games per weekend is way too much. It would be awesome to be able to do TWSD games for fun though.

It should probably be 4 on 4 at the most, though, and the spawning area should be revised from what it is in ?go spidduel. The way it is now you usually spawn in a completely different area from your teammates and you just get mowed down 4 vs 1.

As for TWSD, heh, i say give it a try and let the ppl on SS who doesnt check out this monkie website to give it a try. hell, try it out, if it doesnt work, say no, if it does, more fun for everyone. i like new ideas because without them, there wouldnt be WBDUEL!

Ya, personally I love spider, but I don't think the league would take off. Ever since ?go spidduel was started I've seen it actully being played about twice. Nobody ever wants to do it.

dude, nobody plays .?go javduel more then twice a day and that hasnt affected twjd.

I think this is the worst idea ever, because the schematics of dueling with a spider are too similar with the warbird, other than the fact that if you have a 2v1 situation, it's alot more advantageous for Spider dueling. Also, since spiders are too similar to wb dueling, I don't see why we shouldn't stick with the 3 main leagues as we do now. If we are to introduce a new league, we should look towards some of the less played ships, IE weasels.

I agree with most of what stab said here except that i think if the league gets enough attention it should have its own league under "TWL" like dueling/base/javs. But only if it shows promise and enough compatition and enough squads to make it good. If it doesnt then keep itas a TWD thing.

despite what the naysayers may say, over 70% of people think this is a good idea, so it's pretty obvious that it would be popular. I imagine it would also be very popular among the basing squads, since they already deal a lot with spider swarming. this league would be awesome. and it should be like the other leagues where you can do either 4v4 or 5v5..
