Wasn't Sika caught cheating in Prem a few seasons back (perhaps it was even last Prem season)? I know they let him back in bc of about something like he wouldn't do it again. But to me, Sika has a questionable lag/cheat record. That excludes him from being the best ever in TW.

Drow, the league he was banned from was Premier, not TWL. And he does not kick ass so much in Premier. He is good yes, but he is not kickass to the point where people would ban him for it. If anyone were to get banned for being good in Prem it'd be Mop who never does worse than his team ever.
