Yeah, that's why I said "if you have your own reasons, fine"... If you aren't ducking other "elite" squads (Syndicate, -Final-, etc), but you don't happen to like Value or Dynasty, more power to you. I was just referring to Cig's comment that due to Hoju, Crips won't ever play any good squads because TWD is about qualifying and "playing smart" or whatever.

Regardless, though, I think it would be an interesting idea to let squads play unrated matches.

This officially proves my point, Cripples are pussies too, TWDD and TWJD Games played since Nov 28th (TWD Reset), as you see, not once playing Victory, Value, Dynasty, -FINAL-, Syndicate, Aura, Grapevine. I didnt notice this list until now, but this just proves my point, and proves Jason has been defeding himself and Cripples for no reason at all.

Facetious, from that list I see that we (whiterabbits) have played 4 of the current top 2-11, 4 of the current top 12-21... OMG WE ARE SO HIDING!
Even though, as said before, we won't play those squads we don't enjoy matching. Losing? I don't care. But I don't match a squad full of trash talkers and arrogant people, it's not worth the time, and it just pisses me off.

With that said, though, you can't really use the faulty current TWD standings to claim that you're playing top teams. Do you think any of those teams will make LJ playoffs next year? Maybe one or two, but those teams aren't major contenders in my book. I certainly do understand not wanting to play against a team full of people like Deny and Destroy, but it's hard to use that argument as an excuse not to play, say, -Final-.

The ladder works so that good squads are worth more points as time goes by, and so you only keep climbing if you beat top squads.
