    You know what might make server's base a little harder to get in... is if there were some holes added right under the choke point "t". This was lining could be accomplished when the enemy is not only coming THROUGH the choke point, but before they even TRY to enter it. These holes would also add a couple jav shots, fairly easy ones, but holes for attacking the base as well (this way and spider caught back on the line can be killed).

    And no Server, cramming shouldn't be banned. I remember when I used to spider, how more mindless lining was than cramming is now.

    Server: Your map looks fun for a simple basingevent, nice long flagroomfights, but for a league the map is simply way too simple. Anyone can get in, so it's much harder to be the better team. I think the best is to have just 1 entrance, so you need to have good teamwork to get in.

    Pio: If your map is supposed to reduce the power of the cram, it won't make much difference. You also killed a powerful javshot that goes directly to the spot where the terr sits when cramming.



    The only thing that might improve basing and doesnt change things too much is removing those two little nubs, like Mattey said in his first post.

    Basicly all i did was move over each side one tile, opening the base entrance 2 tiles more then normal.

    Green Tile = New Tile (open)
    Red Tile = Removed Tile

    I agree with wp, a slight variation of the first one is the best I've seen so far after the fact that removing the two tiles under flag would be the most simple solution to make cramming harder (note: not impossible) as it allows the attacking team to repel the terr out from the cram.
    lining hard? umm lol right not even near to hard..

    cramming should be banned anyways so a map that doesnt let ppl cram like on the current one is ownage

    i would like to see these new "good" terrs do lining.. cram terrs arent really doing anything .. oh well but we're here to talk about maps not this heh

    I'm not totally opposed to your idea server, I quite like it, but as I see it you make the flagroom more crowdy and change too much of it.
    A change like making flagroom three tiles wider on each side and trying to preserve known angles is a more subtle change, even though giving the flagroom "two entrences".
    I'm sure this map could be a tweaked alittle more but this is a draft of what I'm thinking of.



    Edit: actually, the side walls are moved 4 tiles thus the "extra" tile under the ears... hmm

    Edit2: The map might be better if you removed the upmost tile or two on the middlebar at entrence so you can shoot at the defenders if they line.

    Edit3: Changed the map to implement what I meant in the earlier edits.

    u got a bit carried away there methinks server

    i still dig the first one the most. the newer versions got too massive, specially arround the entrance. stabwounds right too. lot easier to enter.

    ill modify ur first map to what i think would be cool next week

    not too much space at all.. i think you all are saying that because you are too lazy to think some new strategy.. i know already couple that should and would work.. just needs more teamwork.. and that's what basing should be? but if everyone is fine with boring, not real skill needing cram.. fine

    The last ones of Servers maps have too much space in the entrance. If would be pure fr-fighting. Not fun.
    Pios idea is cool though.

    Can't be too hard to set some more levels up in preview arenas / ?go base to test how they'd affect the gameplay.

    This map does nothing but destroy the things in basing that squads get mad because they suck at it.
    i'll have something more too... that jav thing.. this would show us who really can jav in base. Not only those 10 years old planned shots that ppl make and think w00t i'm elite.. dont say anything before it's tested.. (revenge) too bad it would make you sucky newbie again (/revenge)

    You're pathetic no offense.. but if you think that makes jav or mines useless.. then you dont know anything.. and cram should be useless.. it ruins basing.. basing should be more about fr battles.. not sharks repping and spiders camping.. terr can take a nap while match.. well i didnt come here to bash ppl.. i came to try make something new and better but i get trashed.. geez...
